So good. Their green tea lemonade is so refreshing!!!! Not a bad menu in regards to food either. You see why this place is so addictive. Excellent service. They try to get your purchase to you as soon as possible even though they are crowded at times. Good stuff.
Service just awful . Slow. And withBad attitude . Waiting very long for a cup of strait coffee with cream , that was suppose to be served at the cashier level . When I finally point it to the manager , she attacked me very aggressively instead of apologizing . I order a scone I ask no heated . They heated to scone and I waited for ever for that , but the worse of this was the manager literally attacking me and showed no care about the customers .
I order the same drink every day with no ice, sometimes twice. I frequent 6 locations and often stop at others. This is the first time I've received a half full cup in all of the orders I've placed over dozens of stores. I brought it to the girl who was working the windows attention she acted like it was normal?! I asked a friend of mine who is a Starbucks employee and looked online and corporate policy is to fill it up. I did chat support and they gave me a credit for the drink but this bad not my favorite bux! The line was slow too! Not sure if I should just avoid this place all together or expect them to do better next time.

Very nice experience at this Starbucks on La Grange. Food and drinks well were prepared, the store was nicely furnished and the employees were working hard cleaning and preparing orders. This is what you hope to see in every Starbucks but it is really hit and miss. When I said "thank you" the staff said "have a nice day", which was so refreshing because half the time people in the world don't even respond. Good work everyone! I will go to the app now and leave you a nice tip!

I live close to this location and if I have time I drive way out of my way to the frankfort location. This store is severely understaffed. There's always a huge line in the drive thru that makes it difficult to get to other stores in that strip. The only edit to my coffee order is no ice and they can't even do that(they've done it so many times i ask in the drive thru to double check it and make sure). I swear they're so busy they don't read the tickets for any edits to the order. The staff is nice and friendly and do not deserve a bad review. It's clear that this is a staffing/scheduling problem. The management and higher ups need to do better. The ones in Orland and Frankfort never have these issues but they're not right off a huge highway ramp.
