Been here a couple times, don’t know exactly what there menu is. The girl that takes the order is not welcoming, talks to you like if you was making her loose her time, rushing you like I knew the menu on top of my head. Ordered a latte and a bagel with peanut butter and jelly, took about 7 min to give it to me with nobody in the drive thru and latte was warm, definitely not going back again

1/19/2025 what a BIG disappointment today, from you guys today!!! Order 3 lox & bagels with one extra tomato. With the price of over 50$ it’s not a cheap breakfast, but it was going to be a good breakfast. NOPE, NOPE, NOPE, look at the pictures - tomatoes with stems on them, rotten tomato and where is the cream cheese & lox??? I understand higher prices but the quality is down the tubes. Mokena site you really, really disappointed me, my husband, and nephew!!

I went through the drive thru and the service was terrible - and I was the only customer. Worker sounded annoyed while taking my order and handed me a bag of incorrect bagels. I received Chocolate Chip bagels instead of Cinnamon Raisin.

First visit at this drive thru Bagel shop. Guy was polite over intercom. I placed my order for a bagel, toasted and buttered and a hash brown well done. I ask him when I get to the window to pay is the hash brown made fresh, he responded yesterday. My food literally arrived in record time. I believe there's was a female working as well. The hash brown was barely cooked let alone brown. And the Bagel was barely toasted and soaked in oil. I doubt it was butter, but so much so it soaked through the wrapping and paper bag. IDK what's up with these young people and the lack of good customer service. It wasn't busy, no one else was in the drive thru. Instead of rushing my simple order through you should have taken your time and prepared it right.

This location has the BEST DONUTS in the south suburbs. I know it’s a bagel shop but the donuts they churn out here are the densest and most delectable frosted cake donuts around. Not sure if they borrow the deep fryer from Duke’s or what but I am addicted to the chocolates donut here.
Let me tell you, folks, this bagel shop is absolutely incredible. No one makes bagels like this, believe me. I’ve had bagels all over the world, the best of the best, but this place? It’s on a whole new level. The bagels are HUGE, perfectly golden, and when you bite into them—wow, just perfect. The flavors, the freshness, it’s like nothing you’ve ever tasted before. They’re winning at bagels, folks, winning big! The cream cheese? Let me tell you, it’s so rich, so creamy, you won’t find anything like it anywhere else. The service? Fantastic. Everyone’s saying it. They treat you like a VIP because they know their bagels are that good. You’ll love it, believe me. This place is a winner.

The girl working here was literally checking inventory for 10 minutes with 4 people standing right at the register. I apparently should have rung a bell to make her realize people are standing 2 feet right behind her talking. Super slow service.

Wow. We drove out 45 minutes to get Duke's and we were excited to see an American Bagel. Ran over to grab some bagels for the week and met with the most unwelcoming woman at the register. Rushed me, talked as though I was bothering her taking my time picking and had me so flustered that I missed the fact that she gave me the wrong cream cheese. I said thank you and was met with silence. Not the service I expected. Will not be back.
