I ordered two dozen bagels w/ tip, I then waited and watched smaller orders getting filled for 5-10 minutes. I figured it was a large order, so they'd get to it. Possibly they were toasting the bagels even though I had not been asked nor had I asked for it. 20 minutes go by and then I asked "where is my order?" "What order was that?" They had totally forgot about it.... Don't know how! They then rushed and didn't add the correct amount of cream cheeses and I had to correct them on that too. I did not even get an apology when the order was finally filled correctly. I ended up being late for my appointment.

Extremely expensive, bad service. I have been before and the bagels were good, but this last experience was so awful that it is worth sharing. Almost $14 for 2 bagels, insanity! After paying an arm and a leg for a bagel, you'd expect normal amount of cream cheese. There was almost none and the bagels were burned- which is fine if they were normal prices. However, they are astronomical. When I asked for some more cream cheese, the worker said he'd have to charge me extra. Are they kidding me?! Unbelievably bad service. Do not recommend

Customer service is extremely disappointing. I know for a fact at least 8 times in a row my order was messed up. I talked to the same manager at least 3 times. 2nd to last time I was told to have employee repeat my order at the window. I did and still messed up. Stuff was forgotten, done wrong . I am not looking for anything but 8 times talked to same manager at least 3 times and nothing comped. At least Panera makes things right. Then I emailed corporate and no response. Sad Customer relations. I will no longer service this Great America Bagel. I pay too much to not get what I ordered.

Nelly the manager is very rude. I ordered a beagle toast with cream cheese. As she was putting out the pay machine for me to pay. I asked for a knife and napkins. She proceeded to start talking into the head set didn't ask me what did I say didn't nod her head like she heard me and walked away. The other person who gave me my beagle sweet young person. Very professional. Delightfully gave me the knife and napkins.Nelly very unpleasant for a manager they should promote the young people who clearly enjoy there job and giving out customer service.

Ordered breakfast bagels ( both ham and sausage) they were delicious! Of course I grabbed a dozen bagels n cream cheese too ! Always tasty & fresh .Parking: Not a lot of parking cuz it’s in a gas station , the bagels & food are worth it !

First time ordering from here and had an awful experience. I ordered off the app and once I got my order all 13 bagels and cream cheese were thrown in a bag not sliced. I had put in the notes to slice the bagels and the drive thru attendant said “we can’t see that on our end”. I apologized and showed her my notes and she went ahead and sliced them. This order was for a client of mine, so I requested it to be in a box that way it is more presentable. The attendant seemed very aggravated and annoyed and brought the manager out.The Manager Rosa was not friendly with me from the moment she spoke to me. Did not greet me and gave me attitude because I did not order the “bagel pack”, which comes in a box. I apologized and said I’ve never been here before and the app didn’t give me the option. She continued to give me attitude and would not give me a box even after buying the same thing that comes in a bagel pack.Rosa should not be a Manager as she is not friendly to customers especially me being a new customer.FOOD IS GREAT.. Customer service is NOT GOOD. Need to learn how to treat their customers right.
Their breakfast sandwiches here are so amazing! I always forget to go there when I'm in the mood for one, but when I do, like last Sunday, I'm really glad I did. My kids and I go there before our manicures, because it's fast, hot, and relatively inexpensive. The people are very nice in the atmosphere is great for sandwiches. Because they are located in a gas station/convenience store, you get to run over and grab a pop or beverage of your choice to go with their great bagels and bagel sandwiches. I also love that it's a drive-through, but I usually don't use it. I would really recommend it next time you're looking for a great snack. Nothing beats a warm bagel and cream cheese!

Would never come back here. This is what you call a bagel? So thin hardly anything to it. Plus it was sliced with something that was used for other food because the bagel smelled like cucumbers. Don't waste your time.

This Great American Bagel is located inside a gas station but is always clean. While they don't have all the bagel and cream cheese options as a stand alone store, they have most. This location does have a drive through but can take some time waiting for your order. Staff is never overly friendly when I come but not rude. The bagels and sandwiches are just a favorite weekend go to and always hits the spot!
