The service was not what you would expect. We waited 20 minutes for our drink order. Waited over 30 minutes for food. After waiting for so long just n to get it to go. The waiter was rude after being asked about our food. So sorry to say but me n my girlfriend will not be back. N will be telling family n friends about the bad service we received.

All of our food was wrong. My friends was almost raw. Waited 15 mins just to be approached. I understand being busy but to wait an hour for our food for it all to be wrong. Plus getting attitude from the waitress. On top of her reaching over my food multiple time. Then going to another table with my food. Then all the grease in the food. None the less you can say we were very unsatisfied.

I visited the Moline Applebee’s recently, and while it wasn’t a bad experience, it didn’t stand out either. The food was decent, but nothing particularly memorable. The service was friendly, but it did take a little longer than expected, and we could have used a bit more attention throughout the meal. The atmosphere was fine, and overall, it’s a reliable spot if you’re looking for a casual meal. I’d consider coming back, but I hope for a slightly smoother experience next time.
We arrived at 420. Took 10 minutes for waitress to take drink order. Took another 10 to get drinks. We ordered at 440 and didn't get appetizers until 510. Ppl that were seated after us got food and was finished eating b4 we got ours at 515!!! We watched several tables come in behind us and were finished eating b4 getting ours! Horrible waitress. Never once apologized for delay. Manger compensated us for most of meal but by then had decided will never go back or recommend this applebees!

Although the restaurant was busy my choice of small serving riblets was poor in quality and cooking. Over grilled, dry and 1 piece was so full of gristle could not eat it. I did mention the experience to a person I thought was the hostess and her reply "I didn't cook it". Since we were a party of 4 I didn't pursue the issue further.

We stopped into Applebee’s in Moline, Illinois for a quick lunch. Great service, food came out fast and hot. Restaurant appeared clean. Food was great. We had the chicken lime salad bowl and bourbon chicken and shrimp with garlic mashed potatoes. Reasonably priced. Recommend.

The power went out. They did everything to help us. The only problem was some of the emergency lights didn't work. The workers were very good!
