Food was very filing and prepared as ordered. Beautiful view of the river and awesome fish aquarium surrounding the booth area we were seated in. First time here, and I will definitely return again.Highly recommend!

The calamari appetizer is delish. They have a senior menu until 5. Our dinners were 9.99 each.

Now called Catfish Charlie's. Very cool place, good food and service. Right on the river where you can watch boats come and go as you eat.

This is not The Captain’s Table, although if you look for Captain’s Table online it will pop up and makes no mention that the name and menu have changed. Have been to The Captain’s Table many time and it was 5 stars. Not so at Catfish Charlie’s. Food was lukewarm and tasteless. Some of the items ordered in our party were obviously institutional products and not fresh creations. The service was good and the atmosphere was good. For what we got, the price point was way too high. No one in our party expressed an interest in returning to Catfish Charlie’s. It’s sad that The Captain’s Table is gone.

Our server Shalynn was amazing. The food was awesome. We got the gator bites as an appetizer. I got a pork tenderloin and my fiance got a Reuben. The view was amazing as well.
Wheelchair accessibility: They even have a ramp and handicap elevator.

This restaurant is actually now called Catfish Charleys. The food was over spiced, The fries were over cooked and brown, we did not touch them. Flies were flying all around, we could not finish our food bc of it, clam chowder was not the best, coleslaw wasn't even good. Would l go back? Maybe, when l visit again, but this visit, was disappointing for me and my family.
Vegetarian options: Did not see that option
Kid-friendliness: Wasn't very kid friendly as far as the menu choices, there were some things but they need more for sure.
Parking: The parking lot was right near water, you can walk along the river, sidewalks are provided, fish there yourself, it was beautiful looking out over the water or have your lunch on the benches and tables.

Stopped during our bike ride on Great River Trail. A little confused about name, as the dock is called Captains Table but menu says Catfish Charlie’s. Glasses say Catfish Creek at Catfish Charlie’s. Chicken sandwich was ok, catfish sandwich very good. Skip the hand cut fries and Cole slaw.
We actually visited the first weekend it was Catfish Charlie's. I got the jambalaya and it did not disappoint. I personally could have used some bread to "soak up the hot" but every bite was great.
Vegetarian options: The salads are made with healthy greens - Don't expect just iceberg lettuce. Little
Wheelchair accessibility: They have a mini elevator by the main entrance.

We didn't know about switch in ownership and were dissatisfied with the food. Smashed potatoes were cold and bland. Mac and cheese had no flavor. Catfish was good. Chowder was good as well.Service was good but I did not have a 50 buck meal.

They have the best catfish I've ever had. Service is good, food is delicious, definitely a great choice in restaurants.
Parking: In the summer around supper time, it can be hard to find a parking spot. However, if you go early there should be plenty of parking spots.
Catfish Charlies - The views from inside are fantastic and so is the design. Service was great. Lots of seafood options, huge fried shrimp, Brisket sandwich was ok, not the type of brisket we are used to. Cajun catfish and shrimp creole was great.

Atmosphere and river view was great. Food was delicious. Would've given 5 stars except we waited a long time for the meal and seemed quite overpriced. Filet steak, cheesy mashed potatoes, and green beans were outstanding. Would return if not so pricey. 3 meals and 3 beers came to $158!
It's been about 15 years since I came here. The food and service were top notch. After our dinner we were offered a sample of Louisiana barbecue shrimp (or some name like that). DELICIOUS! I won't wait 15 years to go back.
I felt like I was in Maine. The food was incredible. The wait staff was very attentive and very positively interactive. The view was incredible. I almost cried because it felt so authentic to me. But of course I didn't because I was too busy watching the fish in the fish tanks and taking pictures of the amazing decor. Great job on the rebuild, you guys! Your salad and calamari are amazing.
