Went into chipotle today (2/22/25 at 145pm) Asked for guacamole they told me they were out on the normal line and cant use the one they have for online orders because they're more important. Left my burrito there and walked out.

I buy a veggie bowl and it’s take out Oder and I open a bowl and I sow a chicken pies on my food and we are vegetarian we never it meat ya chicken I put hole bowl in garbage

I mean overall the experience there was good but something was wrong with the temp of that brisket … I’ got a stomach bomb from chipotle and I haven’t had it since like 2022 it’s been years and I was just trying to treat myself and get something different, but I’m still stuck in bed from this brisket bowl because the bowl messed my stomach up so bad to where all I’m eating is bowls of soup right now , because of what chipotle did… I’m not ever going back…. My stomach is so screwed up right now

Came in to get two bowls to go and was greeted right away! Everyone was busy but they let me know it’d be quick and it was. Got two very full bowls that were very good! After paying, I let Kurt at the register know I got the last two forks. He said thank you with a smile and went and replaced them before I even got out of the store!

Every single time I come to this location they NEVER have vinaigrette to include with their meals….. EVER. which is just absurd considering that is a chipotle staple. Makes me never wanna dine at chipotle anymore period it’s always an ongoing issue… and then on top of that they had NO fajita veggies either and no rhyme or reason as to why they don’t have it available

tbh f this slow chipotle made the burrito wrong and then found corn and salsa chunks in my remade burrito and this is like the 6th time ive had to tell them to remake my burritos
I’ve given this Chipotle way too many chances, and every time it somehow gets worse. They are always out of essential ingredients like rice, chicken, or guacamole. Isn’t that the whole point of a burrito bowl? It’s a burrito place, yet they’re out of the basic things they need to serve their food.
The service is painfully slow, even when the place is empty. The staff seems like they couldn’t care less, and the managers are flat-out rude. They act like you’re inconveniencing them by coming in. I’ve seen them roll their eyes at customers for asking basic questions like, “When will you have more steak?”
This location is a joke. Save your money, save your time, and go literally anywhere else.

I try to give the benifit of doubt but moline Chipotle never fails on disappointment. I came to Chipotle at 12:15pm why is there never any vegetable options!? How do you run on by noon &proceed on? This is the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. I'm from Aurora illinois &our Chipotle in and around the area tip tier! Qca food just does not do the job.

Omg I wish I wasn’t in a hurry so I could’ve snapped some pics of how dirty this establishment was from the food area to the drink area . I love the steak no steak so I was forced to get a brisket bowl and I like double meat so my total for my food was $27.50. I regret this purchase so bad . The young adults that work at this location is never stocked on the most important ingredients from the meat to the vegetables. They were out of at least 4 different proteins and their attitude is ridiculous. They need serious help, everyone should be assigned to different assignments instead of standing around like there’s nothing to do . I love Chipotle and I’ve ate at some of the best ones. This is the absolute worse and should be looked into immediately.
