I came in to moline store,girl behind counter yelled saying is the n online order.the music was so loud couldn't hear her.i told her music is so loud couldn't hear you.she said nothing. Then she gave me my order no thank you.their is no respect.where did the curious person at ....

This has to be the dirtiest Chipotle in the country.
We just decided to stop going to this location in Moline Illinois we don't eat any sort of meat and nine out of 10 times this location never has the stir-fry vegetables. When I say none I mean nothing and I don't even offer to make any. Totally shocked that management runs a store this way. Avoid this location like the plague.

As others have noted, there is ZERO attention paid to the dining area. EVERY single table was dirty. The trashcan was full. The floor was dirty. The drink station was dirty! DON’T EAT INSIDE!!!
The food was pretty good. They must have a good cook working here. But possibly the worst management of any Chipotle. The owners really should have mystery diners to provide them with a good pulse on what’s going on.
7+ workers and the 40 mins I sat inside (after cleaning my own table so I had somewhere clean to eat) not a single employee considered paying any attention to the dining room. And they weren’t busy. At times, 5-6 employees were standing around gossiping. Just see the photos.
BATHROOM….dirty, no toilet paper, and hot and humid like it was outside. Obviously there was no HVAC ran to the bathroom. Also, after waiting for the occupant to finish up, an employee exited just before I entered. The sink wasn’t wet so he obviously didn’t wash his hands. I almost walled out at that point, but he was wearing gloves while serving on the food line. So not sure if that is still a health concern or not. Guess I’ll find out. 🤞
Also about half the table lights were burned out or missing altogether. Another poor management proof.

Trash app messed up my order and you can't call to talk to anyone to fix it before delivery. Long time customer but I'll be ordering from other places. Chipotle having only automated system is trash. You can afford to hire enough employees that I can call and fix an order before. Just more trash greed from a company

This location was filthy. I almost turned around and left my pick up order behind. The doors entering the restaurant were caked with black with greasy dirt around the door handles from dirty hands opening doors and obviously never, ever been cleaned. Stepped inside and everything looks old and unkempt and dirty. Will not go here again ever.
I’ll give no stars if I can!! Can’t get a simple uber eats order right!!! Couldn’t even do my bowl correctly!!

Every time we go here the food is amazing, but sometimes they run out of items and it gets annoying. The service however isn’t good at all the worker said exactly this “Oh hell no I am not making their food” when we walked in, and they would discriminate us by race. Specifically coming from a woman of color. She even got mad at me when I asked for the sauce bottle but she only said there was 2 varieties, but I know for a fact that there were more than 2 varieties of sauces, it took another employee to help me. This also happened with another employee. They feel like they are giving their inheritance. I’m paying for the food and they serve very little quantity. The portions are not good here at all. Davenport service is much better than this location.

Worst service I have ever had at a restaurant and I’m 54. They were using half spoon fulls for the ingredients for our bowls, had to keep asking for a full scope and was told when we got to the chicken that was extra, I said you put in 5 pieces of chicken it wasn’t even a half a spoon full. Then I asked for extra cheese, I didn’t get it so asked again and she threw on a few strands of cheese. I said something to my daughter to the effect that this will be the last time I come here and the cheese girl said well I gave you extra cheese, I said thanks for the 5 strands of cheese. I have been coming here for years, used to love the food, employees and the portions but it has gone down hill in a major way. Won’t be back!!!

Two visits in a row, some meat selections are not available. Meat that was available was overcooked and dry. No lettuce either visit. No guac on one visit. On top of all this, the restaurant is dirty, food and trash all over the floor and the glass entryway looks like it hasn't been cleaned for awhile. Kitchen looks dirty and disorganized, from what I could see. This is definitely not up to Chipotle standards I am use to seeing. Something must be wrong management-wise.
