Darn good food with adult portions. I hate going to a taco place and only getting a teaspoon of meat per taco. Coia’s Meat Lab is not a place you’ll have to worry about that. My wife and I sat and enjoyed a Chicken Quesadilla and a Steak Rice Bowl the fist night. The Quesadilla was super thick and full of chicken! The Rice Bowl was friggin amazing and was definitely worth the money at only $9. My second trip to the Lab I had to experiment with the Tacos! Now I don’t think...

Had a great meal at Coia's last night. My girlfriend and I sampled the chips and queso, beef tacos and the chicken rice bowl. Also tried the Mexican street corn. The queso was the best I've ever had! Tacos were also good, but the rice bowl was my favorite. Fresh flavors and made with care. Great sampling of the menu and we had leftovers for another meal. It was a pleasure and I know I'll be back again. Good luck to this new business in the Village!

The 🌮 are super ⛽️, lil chipotle/pepper sauce they put on it so good. The 🌯 are BIG and I love the rice in them 😋 Thursday night football every week I’m there for the game and the food 💪🏽
