Went to get lunch at this location and waited for over 10 minutes after I paid for them to give me my food because the girl bringing out the orders held mine until multiple other orders came in after me because she was too lazy to run the orders out one at a time.

I go here often for dinner, always get what I ask for and theyve never really messed up my order. If they do, and you ask about it politely, they're always happy to help.

edit: I’ve now received a nasty email from the OWNER accusing me of lying with a scanned version of a printout that says times different that what my app said yesterday.

Attempted to do a curbside for my lunch break and set it to be ready at 5:50 pm. 5:59 I call and say “I’ve been sitting here checked into curbside and nobody has come out” they haven’t even started making my food AND it still charged my bank card. I attempted to call back about the refund, and my phone number seems to have been blocked as that’s what it says when I try to call. Had to call from a separate number to get a manager who seemed like she thought I was wasting her time, was “promised” a refund, and that’s it. Not even an apology. This is without a doubt the worst Culver’s experience I’ve ever had, and I didn’t even get to eat the food I paid for.

Went through the drive thru and ordered a few mixers and a lemon ice smoothie. The treats came and the smoothie was actually a cooler. No surprise, as that happens every single time I visit Culver’s. My fiancé took the cooler in the get the order corrected and they told him he was wrong and sent him away. When he asked for a straw, the girl behind the counter began talking loudly about how she doesn’t understand why somebody would want a straw for ice cream. Terrible service. Absolutely horrible. We will not be returning to this location, as the staff has ruined our experience.
