I go here often for dinner, always get what I ask for and theyve never really messed up my order. If they do, and you ask about it politely, they're always happy to help.

edit: I’ve now received a nasty email from the OWNER accusing me of lying with a scanned version of a printout that says times different that what my app said yesterday.
Attempted to do a curbside for my lunch break and set it to be ready at 5:50 pm. 5:59 I call and say “I’ve been sitting here checked into curbside and nobody has come out” they haven’t even started making my food AND it still charged my bank card. I attempted to call back about the refund, and my phone number seems to have been blocked as that’s what it says when I try to call. Had to call from a separate number to get a manager who seemed like she thought I was wasting her time, was “promised” a refund, and that’s it. Not even an apology. This is without a doubt the worst Culver’s experience I’ve ever had, and I didn’t even get to eat the food I paid for.

Went through the drive thru and ordered a few mixers and a lemon ice smoothie. The treats came and the smoothie was actually a cooler. No surprise, as that happens every single time I visit Culver’s. My fiancé took the cooler in the get the order corrected and they told him he was wrong and sent him away. When he asked for a straw, the girl behind the counter began talking loudly about how she doesn’t understand why somebody would want a straw for ice cream. Terrible service. Absolutely horrible. We will not be returning to this location, as the staff has ruined our experience.

Cool to order fast food restaurant so it's fairly hard to find a complaint unless your food isnt cooked right since the few times I've been inside it has been clean.

Ordered 2 kids meals and spicy crispy chicken sandwiche basket 3 cars behind me got their orders first
Great butter burgers, fries, and hot sandwiches. The frozen custard is delicious and freshly made with your choice of mixins to make yummy concretes. Order at the counter & your food is delivered to your table, or use drive-in or pickup.

The only thing I would change is the cheese. It's the American sliced cheese. A good quality American cheese, I just personally prefer a lot of other cheeses. I got the Culver double deluxe burger with fries. I didn’t see mayo as a condiment. Theresca condiment bar. The fries are crinkle fries and a touch crispy and a bit soggy. I like that. The burgers were crispy. I got my food to go due to bad weather. I didn’t want to risk staying, but they seemed full and lively. I would have liked to stay... next time, for sure. Also, they have brewed unsweetened ice tea, which is getting harder to find. They had the sweetened, too, but everyone has sweetened tea. And the customer service not only existed it was really good.
