I had a great experience here! I called to order an ice cream cake, and even though the specific cake I wanted wasn't on the menu, the staff went above and beyond to custom-make it for me. The man I spoke with was incredibly kind and accommodating, and the cake turned out absolutely delicious — all at a very reasonable price. Thank you so much for the excellent customer service

The only stars i WANT to give are for the nice guy at the window. The pretzels have changed and they are hard and dry and nasty! The cheese that comes with it was a weird, chunky, gelatin like glob...9 out of 10...do NOT recommend.

I called late Thursday afternoon for a blizzard cake. The size and flavor I wanted was not available but they said they could have it ready the next day by 11am. The website says to allow 48 hours for orders. The blizzard cake was ready and had the birthday writing I asked for. When I picked it up the service was fast and friendly.
You don't honor our military??? I have been to this location many times without an incident. But on Veterans day this week. I had been working out at the YMCA. While talking to another member there I mentioned that I had earned myself a treat He informed me that DQ was offering a free Blizzard to veterans. So I went there to inquire. The young man at the counter was friendly enough. But he did tell me that the manager of this location wasn't hiving anything away free. (Which is his right) But it did feel like a slap in the face to our military members, past and present. I left and stopped at the Silvis location. The staff there was very friendly. The manager offered me a Blizzard (any size) and thanked me for my service. As well as 2 other workers that thanked me as well. These young people are to be admired for even knowing what Veterans day is. I know where the Moline manager stands on the day we recognize our military. Silvis DQ. You have a new customer.

After our group placed an order on Doordash, we were called and told that our order had been handed off to a random person and also refused to remake the order. What was made would probably taste great if we actually received it.
