Usually great. I know when their busy times are and visit accordingly. Have never had a bad regular cup of coffee, but there is one particular lady who works opening shift who is not...nor seems to want to be...very knowlegable. She serves a cocoa mocha signature late as an iced coffee with a shot of coconut syrup and vanilla cream donuts as bavarian. My biggest peve is that I always have to ask for the senior discount. Other than that, a very nice business.

About a month ago I sat in the drive thru line 45 minutes. Today, I decided to go inside to pick up a mobile order. I was given a sausage, egg, cheese on bagel when I ordered it on a croissant. I kindly told them of their error and they replied they were out of croissants so they put it on a bagel. This was my last visit to this Dunkin. They need a lot of help to get back to being the kind, quick service they used to be.

In line for 25 minutes first of all.. Charged me for a latte I didn’t order, wouldn’t give my money back, hands me a latte with milk instead of oat and I didn’t notice right away. Offer me donuts to make up the difference. I said I would take some cake donuts. Get home and they aren’t cake donuts and my latte has real milk which I can’t drink. At least my daughter got her donuts ($3.50 value) but I’m out $20! She said they couldn’t give my money back and she couldn’t do anything. Got home and tried to call and nobody will answer. Yes I will be a Karen about this. It’s the third time this week they’ve stole my money and now say they can’t make it right and nobody will answer? I called corporate and all they did was give me a gift card I probably won’t use because I don’t want to go back anymore. Avenue of the cities Dunkin in moline.

The lady that was working the counter was super efficient and so sweet. The lady at the drive thru also seemed that way. They were both running around because it was so busy but they were so cool, calm and collected and did it all with a smile in their face. Thank you for the exceptional service and I hope you get a raise! You both deserve it!!

Dunkin can be a hit or miss, usually a miss from my experience. This time, I was pleasantly surprised. I got a pumpkin sugar cookie iced coffee and it was perfection, absolutely the best drink I've gotten from any Dunkin. It was sweet, but not overly sweet, and it didn't have a bitter taste like Dunkin coffee usually has. The employee at the drive thru was super nice even though she was busy. I hope whatever miracle happened today to make Dunkin enjoyable continues. I will be back more often if so.

Drove by here and saw an open sign on the window. Pulled around to the drive-thru and asked for a donut or anything to eat, coffee, bagel, muffin, etc. They told me the only thing they can give me is a Dunkin refresher which is a sugary beverage I wouldn't even want. Why are you guys even saying you're open till 7:00 if you can't even offer anything on the whole menu except one drink. Might as well say your closed at 6:30 or whenever they shut everything down and throw everything away.
A HUGE SHOUTOUT to The BEST Girls at the Avenue of the Cities DD!!! YOU made my night with the Large Iced Pistachio coffee with a shot of espresso... That's why I continue coming to this location only they provide the best customer service and know THEIR Customers 🌹

Love Love Love Dunkin original coffee. The donuts are fair premade and shipped to the store and the hot food is awful. Service depends on the day some days it’s decent other days it’s horrible. But I still go because of the original coffee.

pulled up and ordered a medium coffee and a bagel. It took 9 questions to figure out I just wanted a plain black coffee. I pulled forward, paid and then was asked to move forward to wait. I happen to glance at the clock. 10:02. Then another guy came out and asked what my order was. I told him. Then he came out again and told me to move forward. I did. Later he came out and screamed from the door to move out of the way of the other cars. I moved to the parking area. I watched 5 cars go through the drive up and then there were no more customers. I then looked at the clock and it was 10:21. I figured how long can it take to put a bagel in a bag. I went in. They were irritatingly slow and said they would look for my order. I saw her fix 3 more drinks and another person was filling bags of food. I then said, just give me my money back - granted it was in a firm tone. Then she told me "we don't talk like that here" I told her I had to get back to work and it had been well over 20 minutes, can I just get my money back. She said "when you ask politely" in a tone you would use on a child. I then firmly said to just give me my money back as I wasn't waiting any longer. The guy who kept telling me to move up came over and asked me to leave.
Neither got my bagel or my money back. Just because your life sucks working at Dunkin Donuts does not mean the rest of us have to suffer your insolence.
Parking: if you are in drive thru they make you park in the parking lot while they forget your order and scream at you to keep moving up.
