Love Love Love Dunkin original coffee. The donuts are fair premade and shipped to the store and the hot food is awful. Service depends on the day some days it’s decent other days it’s horrible. But I still go because of the original coffee.

pulled up and ordered a medium coffee and a bagel. It took 9 questions to figure out I just wanted a plain black coffee. I pulled forward, paid and then was asked to move forward to wait. I happen to glance at the clock. 10:02. Then another guy came out and asked what my order was. I told him. Then he came out again and told me to move forward. I did. Later he came out and screamed from the door to move out of the way of the other cars. I moved to the parking area. I watched 5 cars go through the drive up and then there were no more customers. I then looked at the clock and it was 10:21. I figured how long can it take to put a bagel in a bag. I went in. They were irritatingly slow and said they would look for my order. I saw her fix 3 more drinks and another person was filling bags of food. I then said, just give me my money back - granted it was in a firm tone. Then she told me "we don't talk like that here" I told her I had to get back to work and it had been well over 20 minutes, can I just get my money back. She said "when you ask politely" in a tone you would use on a child. I then firmly said to just give me my money back as I wasn't waiting any longer. The guy who kept telling me to move up came over and asked me to leave.
Neither got my bagel or my money back. Just because your life sucks working at Dunkin Donuts does not mean the rest of us have to suffer your insolence.
Parking: if you are in drive thru they make you park in the parking lot while they forget your order and scream at you to keep moving up.

There was a younger girl in glasses. I think her name was Mariah or Maria i think she said. I came In a few days ago and she took my order in the store. I ordered a holiday cookie latte. She did very well on making my drink. It was really good. She had a positive energy/vibes. The other people working we're acting unprofessional and yelling. She was great, and I hope your other employees can catch on

It's dunkin' so it is pretty uniform which is nice. I have noticed that this one runs out of stuff quickly and often. Other than that, it's good...it's dunkin'. :)

Sadly they do not wear name tags so I do not know the name, but the lady was beyond rude! They messed up my order. She didn't want to fix it because " I ordered online, and that's what I get for ordering online" When i decided I didn't want it then, she proceed to tell me "that's what I get when I order online" so she refused to fix it. Really sucks because we were going to make a really big order for a school event, now I will go to Krispy Kreme since they care about their mess ups, and are not rude.
these people are very rude here. and make the drinks trash and don’t listen at all. it says sugar and cream and i got no sugar and the girl was very rude about it. we also was waiting at the drive thru speaker for like 3 mins and this girl was outside smoking a cigarette and saw us waiting . then she came back in and took our order. they are lazy. will not be back there.

Why do they post open at 5AM when they don't and also they list closing at 7:00 PM was there at 5:00 PM and they were closed on June 14 2024 so why post your hours. Probably start going to a place that is open.

This place is a joke. Don’t plan on being in the drive through for less than 20 minutes, whether you’re the only car or not. There will be 4 employees standing in there talking while your coffee/food sits on the shelf next to the window. Your food will either be half frozen, missing part of it, or just thrown together. Take the 15 minute drive to Silvis. Absolutely ridiculous.
