Ordered a 3 piece tender platter through the drive thru, got all the way home to realize they gave me a cut up fried chicken sandwich instead of chicken tenders… in addition to a literal ball of chicken.. not sure if that’s even natural but that’s what I got. Gave them 2 stars because the chicken tenders are normally good but not sure what happened here but super disappointing after waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru and spending $40+ on dinner for my family.

Same day the fam. Got lil skeezies, (see previous review) we slid thru Carl's Jr and got me two of them new snack wraps. See, I'm one of those tummy intolerant to skeezies pizza, tummies. Anyway, Dem new wraps are ska-diddly-boppin delicious! -wifes mouth wrote this
Hardees has been touting the philly cheesesteak burrito. The pictures of course make it look like you could split it into 4 meals because there is so much filling in the burrito! Let's just say the burrito I got looked nothing like the picture. Surprise surprise!I went through the Drive Thru and was not impressed with the person working the drive thru. They were not pleasant. I'll leave it at that.I took the burrito out of the bag and could tell right away I wouldn't be having 4 meals out of it. I opened the packaging and started eating. That was a mistake. It didn't taste bad. However it didn't taste right and I couldn't put my finger on it.Needless to say I paid for it the next day in a not so good way. I won't be going back unless I really need cleaned out. Wowzers!

The store was dead so we went through the drive thru to get food. We waited for a few minutes and no one ever greeting us. We then said "hello" thinking maybe they weren't open for some reason. We then said "hello" one more time and a guy got on the intercom extremely rude and said "I'll be with you in a few minutes". We then left and ate elsewhere. Customer service is everything at restaurants and this one was terrible.
