You’ve made the decision to remove self-checkout. Now you need to adequately staff the checkout lines and increase the speed of the process. I will find grocer alternatives if I have to wait for Hyvee perks and coupon codes from the people in front of me (like I had to wait today).
My mom worked for this company for 27 years and when she retired they couldn’t even be bothered to spell her name correctly on the so called gift they gave her. Pretty sad she worked here this long and they didn’t even bother to spellcheck.
Moline Hyvee used to be a great stop for a quick little breakfast sandwich, but then they stopped doing the eggs to order, cut the bacon down to 1 slice, switched the cheese from American to some cheap cheddar that just turns to goop, and finally switched from decent little biscuits to a cheap, completely moist "flaky layers" type of biscuit from a can. In the words of Marlin Brando, "Look how they massacred my boy". ?
Ben was solid and seems like a fine guy, but he can only do so much with what he's given. Would no longer recommend a quick breakfast from Hyvee, and the list of recommendations for visiting Hyvee at all continues to dwindle. Hope to see things turn around soon. ?

First and last time trying the Market Grille. Ordered two patty melts. No other customers in restaraunt area. Order took 30 minutes and when arrived the marble rye bread was not toasted, just slapped on the burger. Low quality for a $12 sandwich. Typical patty melts have toasted bread in case you didn’t know.
Thank you Natasha!!! Love the cake it’s so cute ❤️ Definitely recommend !! Also the flower department the roses are gorgeous as always ❤️?❤️?
Great food for the price. Good go to for food that isn’t disgusting fast food. Regular customer.

I used to love this place, but we won’t be back. The place was dead, but our table was sticky. Eight adults in our group, all ordered meals, but the restaurant manager wouldn’t let me bring my 86-year-old mother’s homemade birthday cake inside, because I didn’t buy it from HyVee. I’ve done this at other restaurants without a problem. Going forward, I guess we’ll take the party elsewhere.
We had Will from Hy-Vee in Moline (Avenue of the Cities) cater our wedding food. Will is very knowledgeable of the policies, options, and how to cater large events, yet he was still able to make us feel like we were his only customer. We did a food tasting and he was great with feedback and helped us come up with food options that worked for us. As we got closer to the wedding, it was easy to work on timing, planning, and payment with him. The food was great! The service was great! We even had guests complimenting on the food options and the staff that were catering that day. They were very personable and treated all guests as people, not just numbers. We would recommend reaching out to Will for catering from Hy-Vee for your catering needs!

I'm writing this review as I still sit here waiting for my check, being ignored by all the staff, my waitress nowhere to be seen. The last I saw her was when she asked how our food was, to which my husband replied "okay", and she walked away without a word. To say the food was okay is extremely generous. We hardly ate it. We have eaten here before and loved it but I will tell anyone who asks to avoid it after today's experience.
Played bingo.but the food not very good.
