I paid $2 for this tiny bit of Avocado spread literally in the middle of my sandwich. I might get a hint of the taste.

How can they improve? Well for starters, they can deliver what you pay for. They still owe me 2 cookies, or $3.60 + tax. And they can drop the condescending attitude and take a class on how to treat paying customers. Have I complained before? You bet - every time they screwed something up with my order. It's not rocket science, it's fast food.
