We used the app and the drive-thru window. Service was excellent and the sandwiches tasted great. I had the country club with ham turkey and provolone on wheat. My partner had the Italian favorite on wheat. We will be back.

Love your sandwiches but your your employees look angry. Ordered the number 11 and before I could even finish my order some girl with a mean mug started making my sandwich. Told the cashier I don't want tomatoes and she had already put them on. She then makes a new one which I appreciated but then was told by cashier that my sandwich comes with tomatoes so I know next time. Like excuse me? I didn't even finish giving her my order. Learn to listen first and maybe smile a little.

Very hostile environment, the person I assume that was on duty (a short blonde employee with glasses) was slamming things and very short with me and another customer. Do not come to this location

I don't understand all the bad reviews. I've been here several times and have had nothing but good food and service. Just ate there today. The sandwich was good, and the service was fast. I like the bread. It's different from the others. I'd eat there again. Maybe I've just been lucky, but they got my vote. The price is decent, too. Never had 1 issue....just my experience....

I have ordered numerous times, and they get busy, and things get forgotten. Ok, cool, it happens, right? Well, if it's repeated, you get frustrated.. right? So last time I asked the driver if he could go get it. He says no, you gotta do xyz...so of course already bad day I'm like Jesus Christ alright another thing on my millions of to do's. So I call in and ask them to remove the drink and the tip because it's always the same dang driver who forgets something. Because I have a tone of frustration, they ban me. Without my knowledge. Today I ordered, and I called twice because my order didn't show as delivered, but I got a survey like it had been. They say "oh we're busy." They'll be there. Second time, oh, we'll have to see what's going on with the system. 3rd time I'm told I'm banned for my behavior and get hung up on. So I go down and I'm like, what the heck? Why wouldn't you tell me. They claim to have voided my order, but it's there on the counter! Nowhere on the app or my bank does it show this. They claim I'm stealing call head person, and I'm like, so being frustrated is harassment? Did I get hostile or violent? Was there threatening from me? No. Then, because I'm trying to understand why I'm banned, they tell me to leave, or they'll call the cops. And someone in the background says "well a tone is rude." I've been in customer service, people are going to be frustrated - you can't help their frustration, but you can alleviate the problem as asked and go from there. But to ban everyone with a frustrated tone will lose you a lot of business.

Ran out of bread and did not even contact me to let me know it was going to take longer like they have done in the past. I called to ask about it but service was not very helpful. Been waiting quite a while and still no updates.
