Came here on my birthday for a special treat. Took a longer lunch break since it was out of my way. Ordered a #4 box meal with cheese and kicking ranch. Got half way home and no kicking ranch. Turned around and went back to get it. Got home and there's nothing on my sandwich but turkey and cheese. Called the store and spoke to a manager who said they miss heard what I said and that's why the order was wrong. Won't be coming back here. It shouldn't take 3 tries to get an order right.

First time ever eating at Jimmy Johns
(I know crazy right?).
I had the Toasted chicken bacon ranch sub, and it was phenomenal!
The bread was fresh, the chicken was plentiful and juicy, the bacon was crispy, and the service was friendly.

1 star because I can't leave zero. By myself at work so I thought I'll order a sandwich. Received a call saying they don't have a delivery driver to deliver my sandwich. What the heck? The name that popped up on the caller ID was best sandwich shop. I think not. Unless there's one person in the entire store I should be able to get a delivery. Freaky fast my ass. That's a great way to lose your customer base. Nice job JJ.

Ordered food through app for delivery. Got called saying they would have to close early and couldn't complete my order. Didn't refund my money and won't give me the food I ordered. Literally stole my money. When I called today they said there was nothing they could do.

Food is really good but they always mess up my order. One time they forgot bacon on my sandwich and this time I ordered a cookie and they gave me a bag of chips which I can't have because they are fried in peanut oil.

We used the app and the drive-thru window. Service was excellent and the sandwiches tasted great. I had the country club with ham turkey and provolone on wheat. My partner had the Italian favorite on wheat. We will be back.
