Stayed in the QC last night, up from Florida, and drove by this place late evening.... Decided to stop in and give it a try .... It was WONDERFUL!! .... I arrived and the place was PACKED!! .... Only a short wait to be seated ... The staff work as a great team helping each other out ... Food was brought pretty quickly considering how busy they were .... Food was nicely displayed on plates. My potato soup was very good. Problem was French fries. They looked delicious however the oil was old/ rancid. I ate one and two bites of burger. Cost was $15. I mentioned it to waitress. Expected at least a 50% discount on meal. Restaurant smelled like rancid cooking oil. By the time I returned home, I had a pounding headache. Waitress was very friendly.
