Stayed in the QC last night, up from Florida, and drove by this place late evening.... Decided to stop in and give it a try .... It was WONDERFUL!! .... I arrived and the place was PACKED!! .... Only a short wait to be seated ... The staff work as a great team helping each other out ... Food was brought pretty quickly considering how busy they were .... Got the farmers omelet and pancakes in place of the toast ... Look at those pancakes ... Light, fluffy, and the syrup was even...

I stopped by Flips Pancake House this morning because I was nearby and feeling pretty hungry! A few months ago, someone recommended I check it out, so I figured today was the day. I ordered my go-to breakfast, Eggs Benedict, and it did not disappoint. The eggs were perfectly poached, and the hollandaise was rich and smooth, exactly how I like it.
While I was enjoying my meal, I couldn’t help but notice that most folks around me were having waffles or pancakes....

Very fresh ingredients and a great staff!
Dietary restrictions: They usually have gluten free pancakes upon request. They do not list them on the menu though. I have celiacs and eggs, hash browns, and fruit are always a good choice as well for me. I am always sure to remind them and I have never had a problem.
