If your looking for a nice, supper club feel. Don't come here. To start tables are too big, blond wood gives off a cafeteria vibe. We ordered and all our food arrived like McDonald's. The waiter kept apologizing for the long wait. Drinks arrived after the salad, well after the appetizers. Drinks were warm. We asked to slow the order down, but that just meant the steaks and garlic mashed potatoes came cold. Upgraded to a Cescear salad. Way overdressed. No ambience, service very poor and steaks needed so much stuff on them to hide the fact they were poor cuts. Save your money and go elsewhere.

We were celebrating out 39th Wedding Anniversary! Had a 6:00pm dinner reservation so purposely arrived early to have a drink or two at the bar. We were halfway thru our first drink and at 5:40 the host came up behind us and said to please cash out at the bar so he could seat us. He also told the bartender, by shouting over my husband’s shoulder, to cash us out! So unprofessional and still 20 minutes before our reservation. So much for a relaxing celebratory drink. We both had pasta as our side which was cold, not even warm, so it was sent back. My husband had the salmon and stated it had no taste/seasoning. Our experience left us disappointed and in spite of previous visits, we are likely to not return.

Excellent experience and delicious food. Went with a group of 10 and they took excellent care of us. My steak was cooked perfectly medium rare and we all enjoyed our food. Can’t wait to return!

Our waitress was friendly but took forever to take our order and bring us our drinks. Our food took well over an hour to get as well as the salad we were supposed to get before our dinner. The table across from us got all their food way before we did and in a timely manner even though they came in 30 minutes after us. We had to ask multiple times for refills which also took 15 minutes to get every time. They were not busy and being a server myself I saw no need for the poor service we experienced. For the prices the food wasn't even good, and the portions were very small. Will not be going back.

One of my husband and my favorites places to go to. Been to 3 locations and recently saw that there's one in Peoria! Some would say I'm hard to please when it comes to restaurants. I'm finicky and particular. We always like our steaks! My ribeye was so tender, juicy and flavorful that I didn't even mind that it was MW instead of M. Waitress gave us free dessert bc it was overcooked. Don't know if it was me or the bartender, but the martinis weren't hitting the spot like they have before. And when I'm paying $$$ for a drink, please fill 'er up. ? ? I like that they have 5-ish salads to choose from. Rarely, if ever, disappointed at Johnny's!

This is one of my favorite restaurants in the Quad Cities. I have never had a bad experience. The food is always fresh and right temperature. Sometimes I take some home. It is good the next day.

Food was excellent. Beef wellington was superb! Our waiter was amazing!
Love the privacy with your group being curtained off. The server was great. She was attentive and did everything she was asked to do. My only complaint was I the prime rib I ordered. I ordered medium well and it came raw and bloody. I've ordered prime rib many times before and this has not been my experience with what medium well looks like. Of course, I sent it back thinking they would just throw it back on the grill for a bit. But, to my surprise, they microwaved it creating a over nuked tough piece of meat. I just ate it to avoid making a scene and it was awful. Needless to say, I will not be returning ever again.
