They are good but yesterday we went there to get dinner sign on door said dinning room temporary closed due to flooding it said nothing about the whole store being closed

The buffet is gone, which made it the one KFC to rule them all in the Quad Cities. Alas, no more. Skip.
Messed up my order. Had to wait 3 days to speak to a manager. Replacement food wasn't the same price and quality as purchased. The food seemed that it was sitting around too long or undercooked.

Really bad service, very short and rude to me at the drive thru, was not able to take my order and I had to repeat myself multiple times. Did not give me the right order, and all of the staff seemed like they were high on something honestly.
