The staff mess up your order all the time then either take the phone off the hook or won’t answer. When they do answer they act like they don’t care. Staff smell like weed when you come to the counter. If I was an owner I’d shut it down and clean house.

The chicken was burnt but cold. It was weirdly damp with congealed fat in it. Tried one piece to see if it was as bad as it looked, it was worse. It was like chewing one of those old wax candies. Had to spit it out and scrub my teeth and mouth out. Threw everything out.

Ordered a family dinner on a Friday night at 5:40. Received HARD biscuits. The chicken was DRIED OUT like it had been sitting in the warmer all day. I was missing a side dish along with an order of fries. And the coleslaw tasted SOUR.!! Will NOT be returning and will recommend others NOT to go and will direct them to go pizza ranch for better food then this or to Canes for REAL chicken and fries that are actually FRESH.!! Ridiculous for the price and the quality of food.!!

The young African American gentleman that help me and my husband was not paying attention when we were ordering. I asked for 10 saucy chicken nuggets, with coslaw and a biscuit and instead he gave me fry’s with 2 biscuits no butter or honey when I asked for it.
On top of that the men’s restroom was out of order (ok that’s fine) but the woman’s was so disgusting 🤮 poop was on the floor, the toilet had pee all over it. Smelled so bad. The sink was gross.
