I'm glad I checked this place out. It's been catching my eye for a minute. The drive up is a very tight fit and can be a traffic disruption due to hard-core coffee addicted folks that make lines. I feel terrible that I didn't tell the employee to tack on a tip when I charged. She was very kind and helpful with my dad selecting a non caffeine drink. I'll have to double tip next time I roll through!

In mornings sometimes the girl in charge has my coffee ready by the time I pull up to the window, very well managed. Helps I'm predictable but still she is on point

Had to sit in line for 15 minutes to wait and see if this lady would stop talking and serve the drinks. After 15 minutes they finally stopped talking and I took this picture to complain. Employees should chat with the bff later and not while it’s 8:20 in the morning while people are trying to go to work. Even worse the employee at the other window served 5 cars, as he was focused on doing his job.

I’ve had my coffee at numerous places in my area and I’m never disappointed here. The friendly faces, the dog treats for my 3 fur babies, quick service always bring me back. I gauge other shops by ordering my favorite blend and have been disappointed. I discovered kick serve when they built near my home and have never had a bad cup of coffee.

Have been going here for the past year and it is better than any other coffee shop around, especially when compared to the bigger names. Always quick and convenient, great flavors, prices, etc. I sometimes walk there with my dog and they always make sure he gets a treat! They can almost recognize me now and can recite my order almost by heart which is always a nice touch and shows the staff goes above and beyond.
One time there was an issue with their brew and I reported it and the owner followed up with my individually to thank me for pointing it out.
I could go on awhile but I just wanted to say this is one of the best small businesses I have been supporting recently and they deserve it! Please support small businesses over bigger brands!
