We were on a road trip and arrived around 7 PM. Per Google they didn’t close until 9:00 PM, we walk up to the door where there were no signs indicating hour changes or anything of the sorts. Before we can even pull on the door the lady standing by the register on her phone screams “Oh my god, we’re closed!”. We didn’t even attempt to pull again and looked at each other but she kept repeating “we’re closed!!!!” rudely. Maybe teach your employees to be respectful to customers and update your hours via google. Customers are what keeps businesses open and if you have time to play on your phone you have time to polite tell people you are not open. We all crossed off going to Moline Long John Silvers again based on that experience.

Long John Silver’s Review – Pricey, But Delicious

It’s been a long time since I’ve had Long John Silver’s, and man, was it good. The crispy batter, flaky fish, and those hush puppies really hit the spot. Everything was fresh, hot, and cooked just right—exactly what you want from a place like this.

Like most restaurants these days, the prices are on the higher side, but the quality and taste make it worth it. The fish had that signature crunch, and the fries and coleslaw rounded out the meal perfectly.

If you haven’t been to Long John Silver’s in a while, it’s definitely worth revisiting. A little pricey, but absolutely delicious.

I went to this place tonight and ordered my meal at the drive-thru window. When I went to pay for it, it was more expensive than the menu said so I asked why. The person at the window said that his register said that the price that I had seen matched his register but on January 1st the prices have changed but no one changed the menu. I think that until the menu is changed that they should honor it. Otherwise it is a ripoff. There food is not as good to me as it used to be. No more long John Silver for me.

Jessica, the lady who took our order and delivered our food is the reason for the 5-star rating, extremely cheerful and hard-working, and she went above and beyond during our visit.

Terrible food. Fish was cold and over cooked to mush, hushpuppies were like bricks, fries were cold and rubbery. When I took the food back, they did offer to cook new. I just wanted a partial refund. Felt sick after a few bites. No way I wanted more . Then the manager stated. If you ate any of the food they are not allowed to refund. Well I ask you if you don't eat it how are you supposed to know it's bad? Then offered coupons for free food. No Thank You!!!!! I will never eat at this location again. To be fair it's not the managers fault she couldn't refund money, however it is absolutely the managers and staffs fault that they served food not fit to eat!!!!!

ordered to go. he didn't repeat the order back until asked. tried to give me a drink, didn't pay for one. got waffle fries instead of corn, didn't get napkins or fork, knife and fish didn't really seem done. no hush puppies. telephone busy, could not get through.

This place is so dirty. No one cleans. It has gone down hill. Won't be surprised when it closes unfortunately. Last visit here for sure.

I love the food but there is no customer service or attention paid to making sure the right food is given to the right people and he when u complain about being given, they will replace it if you come back o get it. They need to check their quality more and have better customer service when someone complines
