Everything was great, except the service was a little slow. Had to remind the cashier to provide the sauce I had asked for (took about 15 minutes to get my food and no one else was in line when I ordered). However, overall it was pretty good; I have a hankering for LJS now and then. Would come back.

Had a Papa burger with fries and drink.I didn't like the cheese on the burger. The fries are not the regular fries but are the waffle fries. Probably won't go there again.

Went through the drive thru, girl seemed to take my order told me to go drive to the window. Boy at the window acted like he had no idea what my order was so I repeated it. He seemed to be half listening with the ear buds in his ear. Gave me and receipt but it only had half the order on it so I had to wave him back to the window to tell him the other half of my order. Finally got my order but he didn’t give us the sauce he had asked us if we wanted. Clearly didnt listen to our answer that yes we wanted tartar sauce and salt because of the earbuds. Very frustrating experience and won’t be back.

I come down from the Chicagoland area to visit a friend and I always have to stop here. The employees are so nice and friendly. Plus super helpful and the food is always made fresh. Thank you for the great service

Should've taken the hint when the place was filthy and floor was sticky. Very irritable male cashier took order. None of what I ordered was the price displayed on menu board. Check before you pay!!! Don't make my mistake. Food was below average for Long John's but not... bad I guess. I dont expect alot from LJS.
