hadn’t tried this location yet since opening but was in the area and decided to stop through the drive thru on the way home. my coke was horrible but that can happen anywhere lol, but my friend and i both got 10 piece nuggets and were BOTH 9 pieces, and then i got a hamburger and it looked so horrible i couldn’t eat it. what is going on here??

Sweet tea had no sugar. At all.
Bun on my burger was hard as a rock. Old stale nasty bun nasty tea. Half my order tasted like it came off the friggin floor. Order was taken at 1 pm Dec 1st 2025. Might wanna figure out what's going on. Won't be coming back with raising cains right across the street.

Unequivocally the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else or go home and make yourself a sandwich.

I just wanna know if there is a manager or its just ran by little teenagers doing tiktoks?
We went here to eat inside and when we got the food we were missing things when we went to the counter to ask for them, it was a huge deal to give us napkins and sauce. Rude customer service, employees were making TikToks blocking the door to the bathroom, we had a three year old with us employees came out to joins others talking about sexual things and cussing . It was absolutely ridiculous, get rid of all those employees before they burn down your establishment.

Terrible customer service food was under cooked and drinks were no made properly. the employees were hanging out in small dining area with very inappropriate coversations being extreamly loud. You couldn't even hear yourself think as they played around and kicked it. Employees took up most of the dining area and surrounding bathrooms Everyone had to ask for condiments & napkins. Filthy environment for being new. Worst McDonalds ever. Not one customer seemed happy about it.

Ordered a 6pc kids meal in drive-thru get home and only had a toy and fries in the meal had to drive back go back and tell the girl at the counter what happened and she's like confused on what to do. Good thing someone else walked up and took care of it.

waited 20 minutes on my lunch break for my food that i ordered for pick up on the app, they gave my order to someone else. that person brought it in and he walk back then gave me the food, i told him i didn’t want that cause they weren’t thru it, it tried telling me that’s not what happened. ask them to remake it, he brought the same food after 5 more minutes of waiting.

Basilisk “Reaper of Gods”

Well for one I can't really comment on the atmosphere as I don't go inside, I go through the drive through. For service, the employees just seem to stand around. It doesn't take 13 minutes just to make a sausage egg biscuit and a bacon egg biscuit. Though we said large, they gave us a small meal.

Yesterday we went and ordered my relative got food and ordered a deluxe quarter pounder, no cheese, extra pickle. Instead they had only put one pickle on there and two slices of cheese. Anyways, 3 days in a row they have gotten my order wrong. I do not recommend this location at all.

I always say I’m going to stop ordering here but it’s on my way to work for breakfast.
If I could give negative stars, I would.

First of all I only ever order a sausage egg McMuffin, which should be super easy and quick, wrong. It always takes 30 minutes and it’s a roulette of decently warm and cooked just right or the muffin is hard as a rock and eggs cold.

If I ever order anything else, it’s wrong. AND if you do curbside in the app, prepare for it to tell you someone’s on their way with the food and it takes another 15-20 minutes for someone to stroll on out with your food.

No one is ever up front to take orders, they make you use the kiosk or app to order, and no one really brings food out. They go up to the corner of the wall and reach around to the shelf to put out orders and call numbers. Pretty sure it’s to hide and not face customers.

And prepare for a bunch of them to be seemingly high school age and have attitudes even if they know the messed up your orders.

How is a place THIS utterly disorganized and frantic when busy? Maybe retrain all of them to be better prepared for rushes? It should be expected that they are in a prime location to be busy.

I think they are opening a new store here with a minimum seating capacity in a modernized environment. I came after 7 PM. They didn’t give me a tray to eat inside, which is very weird. Probably the future McDonald's will be the smaller size and they will probably very much focus on drive-through online ordering

The male employee with curly hair(long on the top and shorter on the sides), glasses and is tall was AMAZING. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE. He helped me with my order painlessly. Thank you, sorry I didn’t catch your name. I also believe he might’ve had a nose piercing or an earring.
