Ordered a McRib meal was sooo looking forward to having one ordered another meal Quarter pounder meal got Quarter pounder meal no McRib got Big Mac instead no fault of door dash at all ad ticket on bag said correct order but the sandwich was in a container that Clearly said Big Mac.. tried calling restaurant several times no answer only VM left message of problem no return call!!! so got ahold of DoorDash and they took care of the difference owed to me. Just very disappointed that I did not get McRib won’t order from this store ever again clearly they don’t care or take time to check orders that are correct or respond to your calls.thank goodness door dash takes care of their customers…!!

35 minutes in drive thru for an online order of a sausage griddle and a hash brown. What a joke. Then I get through the drive-thru and they asked me to pull ahead and do the parking spot because my food still isn't ready. What the heck McDonald's seriously, I'm never coming back to this location

this is the worst service I ever have in a McDonald’s. The manager is so rude and employers they are rude with everybody. I hope they change all the person who works in this place and until that I don’t think I wanna come back.

Place was really dirty, did not get my drinks whenever I ordered one, got side eyed, and the people who were running the register were just doing TikTok dances while I stood and waited for a few minutes, got called "obese" for coming back to the register (I had to talk to them about my drinks), got cussed at, and left the store, when I looked into my bag I got the wrong order too, I ordered a big Mac and medium fries, it was a chicken sandwich and S fries, came back in, I had to COMPLAIN for my food to be properly prepared and delivered, cussed at again and left, never going here again.

This has got to be the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Right by work so it’s quick and easy to swing by and grab food. Or at least it would be if they could serve more than 1 customer every 15 minutes. The drive through line, no matter how busy or what time you go, is always the longest process. I’ve sat in that line for upwards of 20-25 minutes, at a FAST food restaurant… Do they not have time goals or KPIs they need to hit?? Every single time I come here I’m in the line for about 15 minutes at least, just stopped at a standstill while the employees are either running around yelling or just standing there looking confused. This McDonald’s is a joke.
