I have been to this McDonald's like five times and unfortunately out of the five times they've only got one my orders right one that's right one this is absolutely ridiculous when it comes to an order and being read back to you and then it comes out and it's totally not what you ordered and it's a little bit more than I can bear to handle and being that it was one time out of five that means that there's customer service and the way they take handle their things are not done very well at all not a happy with this McDonald's at all

This is by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. I honestly don’t understand how they still standing. The most incompetent people ever, your order is NEVER right. I placed two separate orders (cook to order) so that means two separate bags. Nope they placed both orders in the same bag. It was also a sandwich missing. Go inside to get it the manager gives me this cold sandwich cheese not melted. The sandwich felt like a brick hence to why I get all my food cooked to order. I told her this is not what I asked, for this is not cooked to order. She lies in my face and said well when you ask for those sandwiches, we drop another one. It’s no way for that sandwich feel cold the way that it did like a brick. My total wait time just about 30 minutes. But that’s what I get for going to McDonald’s In Moline I normally go to East Moline McDonald’s It’s clean people are pleasant orders are fresh without even asking for cook to order.

asked for a 5 dollar meal deal with a CHEESEBURGER and with ranch. double checked with them that it was NOT a mcchicken. i received a mcchicken and sweet and sour sauce. i am extremely livid

Whoever was working the drivethru speaker at 10:30pm on January 8th? Terrible. Was so incredibly rude the entire time we ordered. Was sighing and giving so much attitude. The workers here are just especially miserable I guess! Improve your customer service!!
