We drove three hours to meet friends and decided to go to Milltown Coffee for breakfast. I was rather disappointed. The location is great and it has a lovely feel, but the coffee was strong and tasted burnt, and the toasted cheese was not good - I couldn’t finish it. The “bread” it was on was strangely soft with not much substance and the flavour wasn’t great.
Absolutely loved the place. It was a quick stop by. The place offers splendid view of Mississippi River and the staff is very courteous. If you are from new York you will just fall in love with this , everyone on the west seem to be patient and highly professional good job management. You recruited good woman at the counter. Can’t remember her name. She kept making me the coffee again and again until I liked. Bravo
Staying at a hotel down the road I stopped in on a Saturday morning to get some work done. Excellent friendly service with a lot of seating options. I go with drip coffee so the $3.50 bottomless cup is a win. Great view of the river.I come to QCA often as a get away to focus on work or homework. I can see this being a regular stop.
