I absolutely love this place! The Hawaii roll is my favorite. I always have to get crab Rangoons and clear soup too. I just tried to Philadelphia roll in the lunch bento box and it was delicious. The lunch bento box is seriously a huge bargain and awesome food!

I waited up there for 30 minutes, which isn't abnormal, to get all the way home and find the lid to my sushi wasn't closed all the way when I pulled it out of the bag. volcano roll was dumped all at the bottom of the bag. okay, I called them and politely told them what happened and they said oh I'm sorry. then long pause. okay.. sorry doesn't fix my meal all smashed together at the bottom of a paper bag. so I get transferred to a manager. she BLAMES me and says it's my fault, I wasn't careful with it, and then called me a liar saying that it didn't happen. after arguing back and forth she offers to remake it but at this point I'm done. who knows what they would do to my food with the attitude they had towards me. my family and I eat here OFTEN with no complaints ever before this. never coming back. crazy. I have pictures if anyone wants to see; if I can't figure out how to upload them here.

Waited over 1.5 hours to get our food. Waitress kept forgetting who had what at the table. Just poor, poor service and lackluster food (from what we received). Only saving grace was they did comp for meal for the long wait. But would not go back.

The prices here are good, especially during lunch time. The hibachi meals are filling and delicious. They come with soup and a salad. I also love getting their choose 3 rolls for just under $12. The volcano roll (spicy tuna with a crunchy topping and a spicy sauce) is my favorite so far! I don't recommend the soft shell crab appetizer. The crab itself was great, but it only came with 4 small legs and some fried veggies. That was not worth the money. Other than that, I highly recommend trying this place!

Placed food order at 6:45 by phone, was told 45 minutes as they’re busy, okay that’s fine. 45 minute comes so we go to the pull up window and wait in a line for about 20 minutes. Okay that’s fine. Get told to wait at the window it’ll just be a minute for our food. Great! Oh, now we’re being pulled ahead to wait? Alright. So then we wait fifteen or twenty minutes - I stopped counting. I called and mentioned how long we’d been waiting and asked about the time. I was told 5 minutes TOPS. ten minutes after that I finally had to GO INSIDE to get my food and wasn’t even offered so much as an apology. Usually I love this place which is why I’m rating as high as I am but what the hell, guys.Editing to add that I had been ranting and raving about this restaurant to my friend and this was the first time he’d ever been. And based on this experience it is not likely either of us will be back.

This place is amazing, it never fails to satisfying and exceed my expectations—and on a budget!
I was not able to rate the food because we never got our food. We waited over 45 minutes for our food and noticed people around us getting theirs and we did not get ours. In fact we didn't even get refills on our drinks. We stopped another server to ask about our food as we had not seen our server since she had taken our order. He also never came back. When we finally gave up and told them we were leaving because we had plans later, the lady said that this happens every weekend. The sushi that went to other people's tables looked very good. And the pricing was great.

Can't really rate the food, as all we got was our clear soup. Waited 45 minutes for our food to come and finally decided to just leave. No one refilled drinks or even stopped at the table, with the exception of a 9/10 year old boy that refilled the water glasses. We stopped 2 servers on separate occasions to ask about our order. They both said they'd check but never returned. It was very busy, especially with pickup orders but our order was taken at the same time as the table next to us and they got PART of their order by the time we left. When I went to the cashier to say we were leaving, we paid for soup, a soda and a beer, she said it's like this every Saturday. So obviously this is an ongoing issue. Disappointed because the reviews were so good. Menu was decent and prices seemed great. Unfortunately just never got to try the food.
