Great food, great service from Ashley, and a welcoming atmosphere. From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the manager Kristin was visible and hands-on, making sure everything ran smoothly. The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out quickly. The restaurant was clean, well-organized, and had a comfortable vibe that made us want to stay and enjoy the experience. You can tell the team takes pride in what they do. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it.

Getting way too expensive for pre-prepared reheated food! Charged extra for requesting alfredo sauce instead of marina and didn't tell me that until I got my bill. $35 for pre-prepared food for a lunch is ridiculous!!!

I ordered two meals to go and had an issue with the order due to a very busy night. It happens, we are all human. I reached out the next day to speak to someone about it and spoke to Victoria and she handled it beautifully from that point. She let me know what was going on and apologized for the experience. She made the process painless and actually quite pleasant. She immediately rectified the situation PLUS. She went above and beyond and made me feel very valued as a customer. I would suggest this location of Olive Garden any and every day because 99.9% of the time the food is always great and the customer service is out of the ballpark good and if not they are ON TOP OF IT! Thank you OG team and Victoria, we will be back very soon :)

I’d call for the manager but I’ve been up way too long throwing up All this morning. The lasagna was lukewarm last night and after I felt nauseous until bed. Woke up at 1:30am really sick and it has yet to stop. Very disappointed cause the to go guy was really nice & his service was fantastic

On our anniversary trip this weekend/an early honeymoon from our amazing grandparents! We went to the Moline Olive Garden for an early supper and had the best service I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Our server was named Diamond and she was the sweetest! We found out she works multiple jobs and she was busy and rushing around the whole time and yet she never missed a beat on making sure we had refills and that we were all good! She was truly awesome! She also brought us a free dessert when she found out that it was our 10 year anniversary on Tuesday and offered to take pictures! ❤️❤️
