Getting way too expensive for pre-prepared reheated food! Charged extra for requesting alfredo sauce instead of marina and didn't tell me that until I got my bill. $35 for pre-prepared food for a lunch is ridiculous!!!
I ordered two meals to go and had an issue with the order due to a very busy night. It happens, we are all human. I reached out the next day to speak to someone about it and spoke to Victoria and she handled it beautifully from that point. She let me know what was going on and apologized for the experience. She made the process painless and actually quite pleasant. She immediately rectified the situation PLUS. She went above and beyond and made me feel very valued as a customer....
