Fast and efficient . Gal taking orders was not very patient. Never been here before and was a little bit confused on how things were done. Probably won't go back. Many people love this place though. Just not for me.

Visited Pancheros for the first time today I was a little nervous because people have always told me it’s just like it’s competition which i don’t like at all but I’m trying to step out of my comfort zone and give things a try again, but let me say though the concept is similar they don’t even compare in my eyes. Today i received amazing customer service from the man and woman at the front of house today they were very patient with all of my questions and helpful in helping me decide what to try, again with comparison to the “competition” we settled on the burrito because the gentleman guaranteed I’d like it more here, and he was not wrong it was genuinely a 9/10 for me i hate burritos usually but again I'm trying to step out of my comfort zone and try things again to expand my food horizons. I’m half Hispanic so I’m usually hitting the local spots that are small but i will definitely be back here in the future because of the quality and customer service! Also the carbonation on that soda machine is crazy amazing honestly had a pretty “spicy” or “electric” coke there today dang near or if i dare say actually better than a McDonalds one ! 10/10 from a new customer thank you Pancheros!

As a third shifter my boyfriend and I used to go to chipotle for our “before work meal” but they were always out of food or had a terrible attitude. We started coming to Pancheros a little over a year ago and have never once been disappointed. There is always a full bar of food and the service is superb! We will never go back to Chipotle after experiencing Pancheros!

My first visit to Pancheros Mexican Grill in Moline (4140 38th Ave) was an interesting experience. From the ambiance, it definitely has a Chipotle-like vibe with a modern, clean interior and open kitchen concept.
I ordered a Combo Tacos, Carnitas Tacos, and a Steak Bowl with extra guacamole and a small soda, as seen on my receipt from 7/6/2025. The food itself was quite good. The steak bowl was hearty with plenty of meat, peppers, onions, and black beans, and the tacos were well-filled. The ingredients looked fresh and the portions were generous.
However, as a first-timer, I felt a bit lost when ordering. Even after mentioning it was my first time, the server seemed a bit rushed and didn't offer any suggestions or guidance on the menu, which was a bit disappointing as the items weren't clearly labeled. It would be helpful for new customers if there was a bit more assistance or clearer descriptions.

The fact that i just payed 27$ for 2 half full (if im being generous) bowls is outrageous. the 2 lovebirds that were working night seemed to care more about leaving themselves some food and rushing us out so they could climb on top of each other. when a customer walked in behind us the one worker said “I hope they are picking up because i want to save some of this for us”
just absolutely crazy to me how 2 workers can ruin a place. on top of that charging us for double guac but only one of us got guac and it was only one scoop but 2.

Went in at 9:45 pm, an hour and 1:15 minutes before closing. The workers where upset with me and two other people coming in as they where preparing food to be put up for the night. In between complaining about the printer going off for mobile orders, the lady making my burrito was very short and visibly upset with my presence in the store. The food was still fresh and very good, although I was quite upset with the manner of inconvenience I appeared to be to the people who chose to work at the restaurant, that I went out of my way for because I was trying not to go somewhere else 15 minutes before closing. Quick and speedy service. Massive burrito for a reasonable price. I always get the chicken and it's always good. My only gripe is that the burrito ingredients aren't always evenly dispersed so you'll randomly get a bite of just sour cream or something.

Stopped in the other day picking up a to go order, Amber was extremely rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend this location. They should really evaluate the type of employees they have representing their company.
