I used the drive thru. Ordered the 2 meals for $20. The pepper beef was very chewy, and the orange chicken had real hard, crunchy pieces. The noodles were such a turn-off, I don't think I will ever order them again at any Panda express! Service was fast, and the order was accurate.

Went through the drive through and ordered and was told to pull around for the chicken to be fresh which is fine. Was told itād be 5 minutes for it to come up fresh and ended up sitting parked up front for 20 minutesā¦. A heads up wouldāve been appreciated, however when it was handed out to me I was given the food without the receipt as he crumpled it up so here we are reviewing on Google instead. The atmosphere is like a pendulum sometimes itās fine, but the staff clearly canāt properly handle stress. Nearly a half hour experience in total I get if itās busy but there was no communication or care given on the customers perspective. Iāve worked in food and have had similar situations thereās ways to handle it.
I went there yesterday, the girl mixed up the order, then I waited 10 minutes with half my food, then she took off , and I showed the so called manager the food, it sucked, barely warm , those kids don't know what their doing, lost my appetite with that food, they need to check the camera's before I eat that food again...

Went through the drive thru and Derek was the gentleman on the speaker and was extremely friendly and helpful. He was the friendliest drive thru worker We have seen lately! The food was tasty too. We ordered honey walnut shrimp.. you wonāt be disappointed if you like shrimp.
