Moline location is terrible. The coffee is always bad. The food is bad and overpriced. Also the manager should work on being more professional when speaking to handicapped customers. They should have put a Bruegger’s there instead.

I'm member of panera bread I payed unlimited sip club every morning I make a stop to take my coffee at panera moline il the last two weeks the coffee is not good good I asked the employee what happened

We came in 30 minutes before closing, and ordered ciabatta sandwiches. They said they couldn't provide the sandwiches because they were out of ciabatta bread. There was a basket with at least 10 loaves of ciabatta bread behind the counter, but whatever. So I asked if they could make the sandwich on a different type of bread. Nope. Can't do that. With the wide variety of beads on hand, including ciabatta, it's frustrating that I wasn't able to get my sandwich.

Panera was never cheap, and now it's even more expensive for less food.

I have tried to get an Asiago cheese bagel from here 4 separate times over the last month at varying times, and they never have them. I’m not sure who is in charge of their daily metrics but their max capacity is way off and it’s incredibly frustrating to go to a restaurant to get a product they’re known for and walking out empty handed.
