Usually very prompt in pick up orders ready as stated

Parking: Lot is quite small and can be difficult to find an open space during their busy hours

Paula, at the counter, was exceptional. At 11:00 on Saturday morning, February 1st, I came in to order bagel slices for the first time. She answered all my stupid questions cheerfully and professionally.

I personally never want to go back .
the manager is very rude . And they do not keep there pastries and food fresh . They leave most of it out all day without covering it seems and there was flys and bugs going around it . So no gross .

Terrible I just needed to ask a question and the people behind the counter seemed bothered by my question I know your busy I can see that but that's no reason to be rude never coming back

I really miss when Panera was tasty. The coffee was out. Half and half out. Pastries dry and hard. Carpets dirty and frayed. We don’t dare go the moline location after 1:30. They don’t bother keeping soups or salads fresh. It explains why so few people were there this morning.

Went to Panera bread down off of John Deere Road. It was only 5 :30 pm and they didn't have any broccoli cheddar soup no baguettes no chocolate mochas because they're off the menu. Why do people get rid of things people love? We went somewhere else.

Food was great. They were remodeling. Would have been better if upholstery was done after hours. Did not leave many places to sit.

I'm eating a chibatta cheese steak sandwich right now and you should be ashamed of yourselves for serving something as pathetic as this sandwich was....it's literally 90% bread....shame on you...
