My last time ordering here was very disappointing. We ordered an XL NY pizza, and when my mom bit into her slice, there was a long hair baked right into the pizza. To make matters worse, when I called to report it, I was left on hold and then told there wasn’t a manager available. I was told to call back in the morning instead of having the issue addressed right away. This was extremely unappetizing and frustrating, and it has made us very hesitant to order again.

I absolutely love Papa John’s! When people ask me what my favorite pizza place is, I will always say Papa John’s. And this location specifically never disappoints. Delivery or pickup, I always get perfectly fresh food exactly how I ordered. I wasn’t able to leave a review on the app for my delivery driver and I also can’t find his name, but honestly every delivery I’ve had has been flawless. 10/10 would recommend <3
