I was brought a pizza with no cheese. When I called to inquire the associate seemed confused as to why I would want a new pizza. Manager was unhelpful and GM was just as bad. Awful customer service while cleaning up your own mistake. Wild experience.

I've been waiting for my pizza for 30 minutes.Tracker will not work.All the phone line says is we'll be there shortly.But it's been saying that for 30 minutes.You really need to step up your game.

Been ordering from here for years. Never left a review so here I am. Excellent pizza, fresh dough, wonderful flavor. Love the epic stuffed crust. My favorite! Had a hick up last night. Bought a 30$ pizza and opened it up and it looked like it was used as a Frisbee. Called the store and the manager was perfect! Didn't ask no questions. Didn't give me hassle. Fixed the issue quickly and even got compensated for the mistake. It was the delivery drivers fault (DoorDash). Even though it was not her fault, she fixed it. I like that. Give her a raise! Even though the pizza was trashed, she didn't hesitate to fix the situation. A+ and I will be back, again, and again. Keep up the good work Papa Johns!

Changed all their "fresh" ingredients to bulk, store bought, pre prepped garbage. So I ordered Buffalo wings and BBQ. Honestly? McDonalds chicken nuggets are better! This is NASTY!!!

We ordered pizza and wings at the city of the avenue. I go in and they tell me they do not have my order. They send me clear to the other store. I go in and no order. My order was at the other place. I ask them to make me new stuff for 50 dollars. The wings were cold! They gave me the old wings and tried to play it off. The manager is the person who had me leave. I am a very disappointed customer who in the past have ordered there several times.
The new manager, Taylor, is super cool!
