Ordered online, and I didn’t receive an email receipt or anything. Called the store to get an update on my pizza since the website still said “preparing” after the 8:08-8:18p delivery time had passed. They said it was on the way so finally got my order 8:37pm and then it’s wrong! We called and the employees argued with my fiancé about it and refused to refund their mistake and cussed at my fiancé. Now they are claiming they will refund it at the end of the night but I think that was just to get us off the phone. The receipt that the delivery driver had even said half and half pizza and the whole thing is the same toppings but the guy over the phone said we were lying! We are furious, and are still out half a cheese pizza for my daughter who doesn’t eat any toppings. Will NEVER be back.

I’d first like to say the professionalism of the delivery driver for my order on 9/9/25 was fantastic. However, the food was very mediocre compared to what we would usually get from this location. Our pizzas seemed very dry and overcooked. We felt there was very little sauce this time as well. Sad to say we were very disappointed with our order this time.

I just want to give a shout out to the Moline crew yesterday during the personal pan sale. The crew was on point. The lady at the front said they had made 500 that day yet she was still cheerful was kind and I could tell they were all tired. I want to also thank the cooks my pizzas were excellent as always from this location. Keep up the good work

I did an online order and when I picked up it's my fault I didn't check the PIZZAS Before I left and one was wrong..drove home just to drive back and then had to wait in line for 15 mins with the wrong pizza in my hand and when it was finally my turn they brought me the pizza that been sitting for over half hour by this point and wouldn't cook it fresh ... Probably be last time I order from Pizza Hut .. sad cuz I really like their tavern crust

This place is horrible. Dude in the register has a horrible attitude and is answers with meanness instead of their “nice customer” voice. Either yall needa tell your people something or start firing cause Yall services is wack. They made our pizza wrong and when we went back for a new one they wanted to charge us extra money. Yall needa do better.
