The chicken was hot and juicy. That is what got it to 2 stars! We requested spicy, did not get that. The red beans and rice were dried out and the container wasn’t even ½ full. Got one biscuit, supposed to get two, said they would bring another out but never did get it. Had to go ask for honey for the ONE biscuit. When trying to order, I was told I could not choose the chicken pieces I wanted. Had to repeat the sides we wanted, I guess they like to choose what you get. Store is dirty. There isn’t any customer service. Sure wish they would put some good management back into this location, as we like Popeyes but the Quad Cities locations are terrible.
Popeyes Louisiana chicken in Moline is very dirty.
The person who sold us the chicken has his T-shirt soiled with flour after apparently he handled raw chicken.
Unprofessionally dressed and exposing his “behind“ to the customers.
Both my wife and I got sick after we ate the meal. This is a public health hazard, and should be inspected by the department of health as soon as possible.
These problems are chronic (read reviews on other applications) and if you look at the reviews on Google almost every recent one star review is followed immediately by a five star review, which is concerning for a data manipulation.
Go see for yourself and see if anybody would rate this place as a five star which is ridiculous.
The experience was terrible, and the food was contaminated.
I do not recommend I will never go there again I won't even do deliveries there because an hour and 15 minutes sitting there and still food for two orders that was going same location.

Love That Chicken From Popeyes Baby. Cool customer service.
I recently had one of the most awkward and frustrating fast food experiences at this Popeyes.
At the drive-thru, the employee taking my order seemed completely distracted. He forgot my order twice at the speaker, and then again at the window had to ask what I had ordered. While I appreciate the effort to double-check, it really felt like my order wasn’t a priority.
Meanwhile, several employees were standing outside texting and chatting, but I was still told to park and wait. When someone eventually brought food out, they didn’t even know who it was for. Then, a guy not even wearing a Popeyes uniform—but just hanging around outside—came over to ask what we were waiting for. That felt unprofessional and confusing.
By the time I got home, my food was cold and missing dipping sauce. If I had to wait that long, I’d expect it to at least be hot and complete.
Overall, this location seemed disorganized, disengaged, and unprofessional. It left me wondering if the employees are even communicating with each other. I genuinely enjoy Popeyes food, but after this visit, I understand why so many locations struggle to keep business.

The staff have recently turned this place around. Great service and good communication. Previously this place was a disaster, but it's soooo much better now!

$8 for 3 little chicken tenders and they want to charge extra to have enough sauce for them. I’ll go to the chic fil a down the road next time.

This store is disgustingly filthy hands prints all over the doors as you walk in is gross. The staff is very awkward and not attentive. I got the three-piece chicken strip dinner and when I got home for five minutes away, the chicken was cold. Potatoes are hard. I don’t think I’ll be going back.

Have been here twice,
Once years ago and it was the first time trying it, the order was wrong, food was mediocre at best, it took forever, no sauces, terrible service.
And now, a 30+ minute wait for my order, atleast the order was right.

very rude lady. didn’t have what i ordered for pick up so i asked for a substitute and she scoffed and said “i guess” and then proceeded to put HELLA mayo on our chicken sandwich after we said no mayo. then when we got our food didn’t say one word to me and shut the sliding door.

Don’t bother responding back with your copy and pasted paragraph, this place is disgustingly gross the people who work there are constantly rude and bitchy and bitter. Someone needs to call the health inspector to close this place because this place is a DUMP. No sides at the crack of 12pm? that’s insane. Unfortunate that this is the only place nearby, wasted potential.

One of the worst establishments I've been to. I was treated rudely and without service. I WILL NOT return to this place of business. They didn't want my business so I'll go somewhere else!

Absolutely a joke. No large cups, wrong and missing items in the order. Terrible customer service, the woman with green braids working the drive thru could absolutely care less about even attempting to be a decent worker. Watched her barely put any ice in a cup then proceed to knock it over spilling all the ice and instead of adding more ice just proceeds to fill the cup up anyways. Just a joke, might as well close the place down if this is the product you put out and the people you choose to hire.
