Quad Cities U.S.A. Family Restaurant

Went for the first time on 10/19/25 around 1:30pm. The food was fine, nothing fantastic but affordable. I had ordered a chicken fiesta wrap and fries but she came back with a chicken, bacon, avocado and Swiss wrap and room temperature fries.
So much for starting on the right foot. I might come back but I might have to bring a translator because either they didn’t understand me or didn’t care. The atmosphere was nursing home mixed with a hint of Gold Bond medicated powder.

Fantastic place to stop for a bite to eat breakfast lunch or dinner..they have such a wide range of foods in all sort of prices. I opted for the turkey club and that came with salad fries and breads there are several sides you can choose from likes soups and other things. Our server was super sweet making wonderful suggestions for things to try. I will definitely be back when in the area. Also if you go for dinner save room desert comes with it also. We are at lunch and was far too full

Very bad attitude and service. I live 500 meter away from them I never expected this bad attitude from the gril at the counter. Never come back

Our server was Angelica, and she was excellent. She was friendly, attentive and patient. Food came from kitchen quickly and was excellent! Can't say enough. Other Staff was welcoming and friendly.

QCUSA restaurant had been my favorite and most frequented restaurants under the excellent ownership of Saki and Jimmy.
From the moment we would walk in and be greeted by the wonderful, and genuinely warm-hearted hostess and cashier, Teresa, till the time we finished eating one of their delicious dinners, the service was consistently excellent and friendly.
The ownership has changed, and some of the staff, but also some of the same wonderful then and now servers-- excellent and friendly service. A visit to QCUSA restaurant is always yummy to my tummy and sweet to my heart!!!
