The food was cold , the service was horrible for starters a few chips , fell on the serving tray and the waitress with her bare hands took the chips from the serving tray and put them back in my chip basket , idk. If it’s cause we’re black, but when I didn’t eat the food, they said well the server asked u if it was okay, the same server who didn’t give me silverware and had an attitude after she ignored me for 5 mins when I brought it up. I’m a non confrontational type of person, I can’t recall if she asked me if I liked the food , but maybe I said okay not to be rude, so after there going to give me a refund, I tell them well I was wondering if I could just trade it , the lady was so rude, that she cut me off mid sentence and said no I’m not doing that, and then said she would have to re run my card meaning double charge me which mean I would have to wait several days for a refund and plus the fact she would’ve had to re run my card for a new amount , on my receipt I tipped the server but the manager was so rude, I removed my tip , the services was awful and she was extremely condescending so it was undeserving but I was willing to tip, because I felt bad that they served me cold food with out silverware. I can’t help but think my race played a huge part In my treatment; pics below , u can see the food is cold : beware black people, they not interested in our kind !

If you can’t stomach grease don’t go. Tacos, rice and beans were so greasy it was disgusting. Portion of beans and rice was combined in a cup about 3”. Don’t expect to get the usual complimentary chips and salsa they don’t offer it. Will not recommend or go back.

Have never had a bad experience here they are right up the road. Whether I do a call in or eat there the food is always fresh and hot . The ladies that work here are all super nice.

For $10+ you'd think you'd be able to get your food on some flour shells. Guess if I really want Rudys I'll be going to East Moline. Maybe get rid of your cockroach problem in the kitchen and stop serving crappy food and your service may improve.

They raised prices and are now charging a fee to use debit cards. The food isn't bad but not as good as their prices think it is .

I'm a huge fan of Rudy's, but this will be my last visit to this location. They didn't even have their classic hot sauce anymore. The food was extremely greasy and just blah. It's so sad. Just need to visit the Elmore location for better food.
