New waiter for our large party was a disaster! Totally forgot my meal & both appetizers, never cleared the soup & salad dishes (chef did it) & messed up check 2 x. Worst part was the manager never apologized for the bad service & didn't offer to compensate my meal until I suggested it! Terrible service & salmon was fishy, aka old. Don't waste your $ here.

This establishment is a great time. They cook in front and it's just a cool experience, they also involve you rather than simply cook, they do little "pranks" etc. Besides that the food is also good, I got the chicken fried rice and it was really good, the rice was good and even the kid overall very swell, and the sauce they gave for my chicken was so good. We also got the lobster fried rice with vegis etc. and it was also good. Good rice, good meats, good vegis, etc. Overall would suggest going if you get the chance

Came here on a Saturday night and no one even acknowledged us. There were eight other people waiting in line ahead of us, and they said no one even talked to them and they had been waiting for over twenty minutes. When we asked a server who happened to walk by, she said she was "just a server" and couldn't help us. After waiting another ten minutes (and attempting to use the women's bathroom that was flooded with an inch of water), we decided to head to the Olive Garden across the street. Absolutely despicable service, especially since we drove over an hour to come here.

So we came here last night, or at least tried to. We were there for 20 min, a group of 6 of us, and nobody even looked at us. Nobody ever came up to take or names down or anything. There was another group there before us and they said the same about them, and they were there even longer. The girls went to the bathroom as we were waiting and apparently the girls bathroom was flooded. At one point a waitress walk by and we tried to get her attention. All she said was she knows nothing and kept going. We ended up going to Olive Garden.

Ok, I've ordered from here a couple of times. Just lately things have gone downhill with my orders. Particularly last night when placing an order... I'll explain. What triggered me to write this review was due to their lack of customer service and their lack of trying to make things right for the "me" paying customer. And they're pretty pricey for the food they offer. Anyway, So last night I call to place an order and I also tell the lady on the phone about the previous order I had like a week ago was messed up and that I ordered the steak n scallops (medium rare and the scallops well done) and then after getting home to find my order was well well done steak and raw scallops! She was was just like "ok, ok, ok, ummm ok", not even an apology. Nice! I wonder if that could get someone sick as heck...? Idk. I would've probably maybe let this review slide if they were willing to correct my order or even comp my next order and try, try just a tad to make the next order better...Nope! I paid full price again when I ordered which was fine whatever. Hoping things were resolved I proceeded with placing my order which was Steak n scallops (steak cooked medium rare and scallops well done due to last time the scallops were raw) and I get home and BAM!!!! AGAIN burnt leather meat and raw scallops!!!! Like wth! I really hope this helps the next person but as for me and my family we will not be going back.

I ordered a sushi roll, it was pretty good, I should have stopped there... I ordered (from dining room menu) Hibachi Scallops and it was not good. The salad was ok, soup was not. Veggies not cooked well, rice and scallops tasted dirty, as did the soup, like the sauce or grill needed cleaning or something... Hard to describe but do not recommend.

From the moment you come to that restaurant the waiters give you an enjoyable feeling. Very warm team, it is a happy restaurant to to go out with your friends or with your date. enjoyable meals, qualified chief cook and stuff, comfortable pay and courteous service. Highly recommended.

We went there 2 days ago and had the best Hibachi ever! Steak was tender and shrimp was amazing. We haven't been there in a while but still Fantastik! Our waiter Justin was excellent and very polite! Will be coming back soon for our office party!
