Our first visit here did not disappoint! For a Saturday night, we surprisingly got sat right away- no waiting- and several tables came in after us and were also seated immediately.Our server was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly; so polite, and had great timing checking on us- not too often, and not too little. He even came by with Tylenol after my husband initially mentioned he was fighting a headache; so thoughtful!Our food came so fast, it was hard to believe, and it was hot and fresh cooked to order- so delicious! I got the shrimp tacos, and the grill flavor on the shrimp was a perfect touch...mouth watering! The leftovers we took home were quickly devoured the next day?Loved how some TVs were set to Spanish speaking channels.Will definitely be back!

Rude staff. I stood there for 15 minutes & was looked at by 5 different people & nobody acknowledged me. I even sat at the bar & still nothing. Another man who was there before me also sitting at the bar, attempted to ask them about a doordash order he received & all he said was "Excuse me but..." & one of the staff members (wore a ball cap type of hat) said "We're wrapping a party, you're going to have to wait." My husband & I looked at each other in disbelief. It wasn't even busy. I mean, genuinely, it wasn't busy. We ended up walking out. I see others reviewing rude staff & not being acknowledged either, I'm not surprised.

Unless the manager/owner is here, don't expect good customer service ? we stopped coming here because of it, my little one loves it here though, so I decided to try again.. this waitress is RUDE and terrible at her job! She was annoyed from the moment we walked in! Then she didn't write our order down, had to come back and re ask..then the food comes, it's still wrong, has the nerve to ask if we want it fixed and then slams our food down... really?!

What an awesome place!! In from out of town, my parents rave about this place and rightfully so!! I got the carnitas dinner plate and it's so good!! The drinks are affordable. The owner is currently doing it all. He waited on us and is very personable! Highly recommend!!
Several of our Monday night men's group from church meet for Taco Tuesday at Senior Julio's. The staff offer us special accommodations via a separate room. More than generous with chips and salsa, service is prompt, courteous, and even entertaining. The menu hold a large selection of tasty choices and specials. Most of us choose the tacos, hence Taco Tuesday! Hardshell chicken or beef, $1.50 each, and they are delicious!Add in ample free parking and amazing views of the Mighty Mississippi, it makes for a great dining experience!Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of parking in close proximity and completely accessible

I wanted to like this based on recommendations more than I did. Located along the Mississippi River, it offers a lovely view and shared parking lot. The overall restaurant is nicely decorated, offers ample seating, and even had a space for a more private party. We arrived before the dinner rush as we were heading to a concert after. There were very few people in the restaurant at the time, but we struggled with our server. It took a long time to get drink orders, and even longer to receive them. When other members of our party arrived, she didn't notice. The food took quite a long time and was not exceptionally hot when it arrived. By that point, everyone was frustrated and in a rush because we needed to leave. But then we had to hunt the server down again for our bills. We never received drink refills nor did she check on us at any other point in the meal. The food was fine, but I am not sure I would go back because it was such a poor experience.

This place has changed. Used to be friendly and now they ignore you and u stand there and wait and wait and they don't acknowledge u as a to go order. The least u can do as greet ur customers �
