The girl who made my drink first made it wrong then had a bad attitude and just tossed my shoved my drink under the window and didn't say anything. It would be nice to have better customer service and to announce who's drink it is so I don't pick up someone else's drink

It's funny they made two stores on Yelp because this is the worst Starbucks I've been to in my life. The drinks are never ready in time, which is forgivable as this is a small outdated town. However, I'm convinced someone spit in my drink or just gave me something entirely different than my usual order. The cup was handed to me with coffee slopped all over it, as if it was somebody old cup. Ok, forgivable. When I lifted the lid, what is usually whipped cream on top of 2 shots of espresso was bubbly foam and a very full drink (of what I'm not sure). I was so convinced that somebody spit in my drink, I called corporate and was unable to consume coffee the rest of the day. Whether or not they spit, my drink was certainly made very wrong and/or mixed by the barista - which makes me very uncomfortable during COVID. Then, the cup was handed to me after either being used beforehand or just being covered in coffee. Considering there are only two shots of espresso, this is alarming. I am fearful to use this Starbucks, that my drink will be spat in and can honestly say I will never return!

I ordered a mango dragonfruit lemonade. I’ve ordered from a lot of Starbucks and this place made the best I’ve had of this drink. Wish I ordered a venti!

I was in Target and the young lady in there refused service to me and my daughter. Told us we had to do our shopping first before we could order anything. No where does it state that it is their policy anywhere. We were there just a week ago and ordered and a different employee that was there served us before we started shopping. I did she her when we were in self checkout serving people that just walked in the door as well. I'm really not sure as to why she rejected my daughter and myself. Customer service has gone down hill.

I love the store on the Avenue, but the 7th Street store is the worst. VERY slow, and no one seems to know what they are doing. This location is only two blocks from my work, but I avoid it. Made the mistake of going there today and regretted it. They need to learn to work faster, how to update their app, and how to make a quick refund. I pre-ordered, was the only one in line when I pulled in, but it took ten minutes. There was a line of cars behind me when I left.
