Starbucks is so successful because they are consistent. I know what I’m getting. Everywhere else seems to not get it right but I never worry about that here.

Anytime I have an appointment at the hospital next door, I come from work and sit at this Starbucks. Though it isn't often, it's always a joy to sit here and listen to the positivity that is sent around from member to member. Easy going and positive atmosphere that is absolutely contagious. Keep up the great work! I'd visit more if I lived closer.

Had a horrible week and went to this starbeez before my therapy appt. Asked if pumpkin spice was out yet but I came a day early. Instead they made me an extra special nitro cold brew with foam and even wrote “happy fall!” on the lid. They were so nice I sat in the parking lot and ugly sobbed for 15 minutes. I hope the barista who made my drink and took my order sees this, because your few moments of consideration meant the world to me. I’ve been grieving really hard and to receive even a little support made an enormous difference in my day. Thank you. ?
