Typically hit the drive thru after a Dr's. Apt. Near by. The staff are super fast and very friendly! My Carmel ribbon crunch is always super satisfying!!!

Unreliable. Their nitro machine has been down for extended periods of time at one time or another for over 2 months now, lines are absolutely insane every morning, and you should probably mobile order 30 minutes in advance because anything less than that will result in you waiting for your drink to be made. Some employees could benefit from being retrained in customer service and how to properly use the equipment. You just never know what you're going to get with this store, and that inconsistency is bad for business.

The priority make here appears to be drive thru, mobile, then the person who walks in to order. Do yourself a favor and mobile order. Especially if you think "that line is too long, I'll just go in." Big mistake. Line has already moved through and they are 25 deep on mobile orders. 15 minute wait inside. I've been to a lot of Starbucks. After visiting a few locations here in Moline, I have determined they just move a bit slower here. Even though I'm counting 8 employees behind the counter.To top it all off, one drink comes up. And sits there. And sits there. Growing cold. Waiting for the second drink.

Starbucks doing Starbucks. I do drive through almost exclusively at this location. Always reasonably fast even when busy. They've never made a mistake on my drink. Always fairly friendly.

Wasn't bad a couple of times before, everything was off today. Long wait times in drive-thru. I waited behind a vehicle in front of me and it was 5 minutes before they even took their order! It took about 20 minutes to get 2 small cups of just black coffee. And then it was dark roast when we ordered medium roast. Could have still lived with that but both cups of coffee were stone cold! We each took one sip of each cup and threw them away. A total waste. This location is ridiculous. They don't give you a receipt.....so you can't fill out an on-line comment. That's a trick of many fast foods locations in the Quad Cities.

The cashiers were very snotty. Trash bin was overflowing. And young lady behind the counter didn't like that we left our empty cups at the counter. She sad something under her breath, took the empties and shoved them in the overflowing Trash bin. Rolled her eyes and looked disgusted with us. Geesh. Then take a minute to empty the bin that is clearly overflowing. Not coming back to this Starbucks

One of best Starbucks experiences you will have. Always good service and are willing to go the extra mile to help the customer in any way. Always well stocked. Whoever runs this store should be the example for other Starbucks in the area.
