I was just in this store, it was not busy and there were maybe 6 employees. A young man was sitting quietly charging his phone when I assume a manager told him to buy something or leave. I got him a gift card to get a drink on my way out. This is just disheartening, it wasn’t busy, he was silently sitting there hurting nothing, he was carrying a lot so possibly homeless or waiting for the bus and just charging his phone. I am guessing this is a store policy, but it’s crap. Have a heart, it hurts no one to be kind.

I went to this Starbucks and today I was deeply disappointed. The people serving us are terrible. We placed an order and they just put it there as if nothing had happened. Please, I call on management so they can change this kind of behavior. I made a purchase for $74.

A white female, threw my moms order at her, my mom is hispanic, we dont know if she was racially profiled as she had no reason to throw the order at her, i am out of town but will be coming in to find out girls name and calling corporate, my mom is very sweet and timid and this is not ok, if your stressed out u need better training

I wish there was more than just two electrical outlets for my laptop and phone charger. Additionally, the music played one night was so loud that I could hear it over my headphones when my headphones were on nearly full blast. Glad it was the one coffee shop close to me that was open late on a Sunday but don't know how often I'll come back due to the loudness of the atmosphere with the loud music.

Ordered a grande iced machiato only for the lady to immediately ask what kind of coffee, what size and iced or hot. Then we have to listen to the drive through lady ask to answer the question on the payment machine. They are even embarrassed to ask it aloud so we of course bypassed that and paid. Only to receive both drinks we ordered with the lids not securely fastened to the top. Cmon guys. Maybe the new CEO will get this place together.

I wanted a good kick of caffeine but honestly don’t know jack about coffee. I panicked when they said pumpkin spice wasn't out yet (it’s one of the few flavors im familiar with, unoriginal ik) and I asked if they could make me a nitro that was “sweet, but not too sweet”. The lady made me my nitro cold brew with macadamia syrup and white macadamia nut cold foam. It’s stunning. Exactly what I nervously asked for, might even be my new regular order. I’m so so grateful, she didnt make me feel dumb for not knowing and even seemed excited for me to try it. Have had a long morning and this was exactly what I needed, I didn’t catch her name but you know who you are :) ✨Thank you for you coffee knowledge and creativity, you really made a positive impact on my day!

Princess Charming

3:52 order my usual of a iced chai latte no ice and asked for a refill of my water no ice. They had the chai right but despite asking at the kiosk in drive through and asking again at the window this girl ive never seen takes my chai puts it in my water cup and goes "there you go" and I had to reclarify for the third time I wanted my water cup filled with only water no ice and she goes "oh let me get you a venti water" had me pour out my chai in a new grande cup and fills my now chai residue water cup with water but with ice in it. I simply left because at that point I knew girl that was at the window was either really confused or not listening, which is unusual for this Starbucks.
