Honestly you guy's should definitely strive to hire workers that wants to be at work or at least act like it. As soon as I walked in all I heard the entire time was the cook complaining about people's orders and slamming drawers shut, I definitely get complaining in the back but when the entire restaurant can hear you definitely a problem... Restrooms were horrible on top of that all in all if I could give negative stars this would be the time definitely got to do better steak n shake

Food was gross, wait was long without anyone. There is a reason why the restraunt next door had a line to the road and they were dead.. even the shake was terrible :( got an Oreo one and it tasted like strawberry . Unless it's your last resort don't go

This is the 2nd time in a row that we have gone to this Wendy's an iv NEVER FELT such disrespect from ANY FOOD ESTABLISH MENT. Both time in drive ordering we we're rushed. The at window to our card giving it back with drinks the pretty much threw our food at us no thank you have a nice day nothing. Like they don't care.... I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THAT PLACE AGAIN. an I will be passing it along to others..

If I could give them a 0 I would. They forgot nearly half the order, offered no refund, hung up on me when I called to complain about it, citing they were busy. This is the second time in two weeks they have done this and refused to fix the order. Rude. Won't go back ever again. And the food I did get was so wrong I order a bacon and cheese steakburger and added grilled onions and got a dry steak burger with a bun and nothing else, no condiments, no cheese, and Def no onions. I could go on, but at 8 months pregnant ill go cry about this instead.

Ordered my son a burger with NO CHEESE. Clearly states that way on the receipt. We dined in. They bring his burger out and it has cheese on it. I mentioned it to the person at the counter and he gets the biggest attitude and tells me that I ordered it that way. Clearly I didn’t. He scoffed and got all pissy he had to “redo a burger” those were his exact words. The only pleasant person working there was a female crew member that had a headset on. The counter and grill guy were extremely mad at the world or something

Ordered a regular Biscoff shake, waited an hour and still did not get the shake, asked a worker if it was being made and they sighed and shook their head before telling me to ask someone where the shakes are made but there wasn't any workers for the half of an hour that I waited there, I can't rate the food because I never received it
30+ minutes for one order, and the first person that walks in gets their food before us! Terrible service, don't come here if you want to get anything within a reasonable time.

I like Steak ‘n Shake food but the current employees there need to be replaced bad they always have attitudes as if they don’t want to work that makes people go to a different locations the cook was sitting down on his phone when I place a order he had a attitude because he had to cook it the service here is terrible and the wait times are ridiculous I will be reaching out to there corporate.

We hadn't been there for a few years. Had a little help w ordering from a kiosk, but it was no problem for th staff as they were extra nice and even checked on us after we were seated. Food was really good, for a burger, and th fries were just as good as I remembered them. Mainly, it was so clean! The staff was happy to serve us and very friendly!
