If I could give them no stars I would I ordered tho the app and when I went to pick up it was all wrong and when I when’s in to have them fix it I was told I need to rebuy all of my order and that’s the only way they will fix it and in shop was so nasty and does not look like it was cleaned in awhile.

The new owner was speaking low fly on the phone the entire time, and let me stand at the register for almost 8 minutes before he rung me up, and the communication between me and the gentleman making my sandwich was difficult due to his lack of English. Food was alright; standard Subway fare, and the store was clean.

This subway was our go to subway as they would give good quantity of food however the new management has made it worse and now there isn't any good subway around, they don't give enough meat and even charged me 4$ more when i asked that the bread is almost empty, they didn't make the sandwich properly neither cut it good.

I get the system crashed but we pulled up the bank statement and the girl at the counter was very sweet but the girl with pink hair refused to make our sandwiches. We just told them to refund us. This is definitely the best Subway in my neighborhood. Been there 4 or 5 times and have never had a bad sandwich! The bread is excellent! Highly recommend!!
Had an employee actually smack his hands on the table when I walked in the door, roll his eyes and say “come on, man!” Like??? Never had good service here, but nothing too rude until now. Whoever was working on July 4th at 430, I know it’s a holiday, but dude. Take your breaks one at a time

Jamie the store manager is a gem and deserves a raise. Only 2 including her were working during lunch rush today, but they handled it incredibly well. Food was made correctly with care. It was busy but Jamie had the whole line smiling with her extremely positive attitude. Send good workers her way. Seems like a great manager to work. Positive energy in there.

I put in an order for 740 I waited over 30 for an online order and they were helping costumers before I got my subs!!!! Staff is over friendly and often gets off work task to converse with people when orders need made. My experience here was very bad and I’m very disappointed!!

Don't ever order from here through door dashboard or other delivery service. If you're going to get your order right you apparently have to stand right there and watch them make it. Between them putting wrong ingredients on wrong sandwiches they skimp on the meat and load up the toppings. It's definitely not the delivery person's fault.
