Avoid the long wait at the drive through. Try San Jose's instead.

Placed a dine in order (a cravings box and a crunch wrap). Waited 5 minutes and an employee came up asked if we needed help, we responded we were just waiting for food and they said they'd call out or bring it to our table. Another 20 minutes later I approached the counter to see if there was an issue and saw my order sitting (fully bagged) on the prep table with a sticker attached that said it had been ready for 15 minutes. There were no other customers inside when we placed the order, one small group (3-5 people) came in while we were waiting, and there was an empty drive thru when we left. Got to the car (cause we were over it and just wanted to be gone) to discover there were no beans on my partner's Black Bean Crunchwrap. Absolutely ridiculous. If you really want some Taco Bell, just drive a few minutes to a different location.

Horrible customer service took 35 minutes to get a Taco Bell grande and four tacos. You might as well go to a sitdown taco place if somebody serves you you get better servicing quicker

one of the last remaining places that sell fast food at actual fast food prices. the distinct taco bell flavour is one that i am a fan of. there's not much that i dislike on the menu.

Taco Bell is exactly what you’d expect from fast food, quick, convenient, and nothing fancy. The food was okay, nothing special, but it hits the spot if you’re hungry and on the go. Not much to complain about, but don’t expect gourmet.

Came through the drive through on a sunday night and there were only 3 cars in line. We pulled up to the speaker and someone told us to wait a few minutes. Well a few minutes turned into almost 30 minutes and when someone finally answered to take our order, they told us that we were limited to 1 order per vehicle. I have been to thousands of taco bells and never have I ever been told of this rule. In fact my husband used to work for taco bell and he confirmed that there is no such thing as “only 1 order per car”. The people working were just lazy and didn’t want to do their jobs. They weren’t even that busy. The server told us that if I wanted to place a second order, I would need to circle back around and wait in line again. I’ve never been to a fast food restaurant where I was denied my right to place an order. Then there was a car filled with people behind me who placed multiple orders and the server did not refuse them. Not sure if it’s because of my gender or ethnicity, but I felt heavily discriminated against here and someone needs to investigate this because it’s not right to deny people their right to have a meal because you’re too lazy to do a job you singed up for and are getting paid to do. I decided to just go inside and order through the kiosk, because at least a electronic kiosk won’t discriminate you. when I got my quesadillas, it was rolled up into one giant blob of mush. not sure what happened here because when I went inside, there was an african american girl who was nice and polite but there was also another caucasian girl there who was very rude. Surprisingly they got my order right, it was just rolled up. I honestly wouldn’t even be that mad if it weren’t for the fact that they literally refused to take my order.

I personally am a DT worker, but I do take accountability with my drive thru time. Making customers pull forward as to not trigger the sensor is dishonest to this line of work tbh, the service was poor and the workers were chaste and rude. I understand the grind but at least ask us to pull forward pull forward completely if it was going to take as long as it did (which it shouldn’t have seeing as we were the only ones in line). This isn’t a bash, but we didn’t even get half of the order that was placed. Sorry

Avenue of the Cities restaurant is trash. Went there between 4-5PM, ordered 2 Chz rolls, a chicken quesadilla, and a side of guacamole. The cheese on each item was barely melted and the container of guacamole was EMPTY!
