my personal suggestion based on my own experience isā¦ consider taking your money somewhere else. I was a regular, like, maybe up to 4x weekly at a point, and have never seen the subject of this review before. It appears like they didnāt promote from within. The āmanagerā at the window was truthfully the most disrespectful person *Iāve* encountered in a professional context. Refused to compensate someone for a 50 min wait *with proof*. I had a genuinely kind disposition and I got a window slammed in my face multiple times, the full price blurted at me twice, zero apology, and no receipt was offered. zero tickets. that implies that she may not have wanted me to be able to prove that this happened to me. She blamed her staff for the wait, with an attitude, instead of taking responsibility as any manager should, I would know, because I run a store myself. To put it bluntly, you compensate people to prevent reviews like these. I would be out of a job if I ever acted like this.. literally anywhere. Unless you prefer to get your food in danteās inferno, then Iām sure this would slide. For those who stayed to read all of this (including her) ā¦. My heart monitors and ER bracelet were visible, she doesnāt have sympathy for anyone, by the looks of it. I donāt care personally, however, acting aggressive to someone who was just in intensive care is a really poor decision. You donāt know who you could hurt. Not even in a negative way, someone needs to help temper this woman. They say not to write a review when youāre upset, but in this case I feel like I need to convey just how much this behavior impacted me. I had a Friday rush to get through as well, but had to leave for heart & lung complications. Even after what felt like the longest day ever, I would never treat a customer like that. Even when Iāve messed something up and itās my fault, and theyāre actually mad at me, itās my number one priority to try and make a positive impact on their day. Some people just canāt relate I guess.

I was in there today at around 4:30p.m. The young lady that took my order was amazing, my order came with cinnamon twist which I usually get without the cinnamon on them. The cashier had her headset on and was asking them to drop down some fresh. The shift lead or manager at that time said no they couldn't do that. I asked why and whoever the shift lead or manager was said because you guys pre-make your cinnamon twist now and bag them. She stated that she was not about to waste product to make me some. Funny thing is, is that I worked at this location some years ago and if I recall correctly the twist is just a type of pasta that swells up once it's put in grease and the cinnamon mixture is added after. So what was the issue with dropping 4 little pieces of pasta in the grease? Whoever the young lady was, came off with an attitude and when I stated the other location has never had an issue with it she said well they are not suppose to do that. I ended up giving my twist away to a fellow customer the cashier did offer me chips n cheese instead but I was good. On top of that I ordered a steak burrito dipper and it was chicken smh. Also no there wasn't a line in drive through and no there wasn't a line in the store to prevent them from dropping me twist.

Went to order my usual a grilled cheese burrito w 2 sides of guac and I didnāt get them, so we told them and asked for the guacs. After that, they handed me just one guac with half the serving. :/ this location usually gives me issues at night and it sucks bc Taco Bell is one of my go-to fast food places.

I'm always a little sad they discontinued the 7-layer burrito because it was the best vegetarian menu item. I asked the man at the drive-thru if they could make me one and he said no :( a lady then took over the speaker and said she could, it would just be an upcharge per topping. Yes ma'am I was so excited and the 7-layer burrito wouldve cost like the same amount anyway, i got one and it was amazing like toppings perfectly distributed etc. This was last week, I went back today and ordered 3 more from a different worker and they came out just as great!!! I really appreciate the patience and attention to detail š

These are suppose to be the Cantina CRISPY Chicken Tacos (which Iāve had before) but as you can see, they canāt even be picked up without needing a FORK!
Thereās no excuse for this. People work hard for their money. To KNOW that what youāre throwing in the bag is BS & to EXPECT people to be okay with it is infuriating.
Not to mention the fact that my $3 empanada was NOT even in the bag!
Now I have to attempt to get my money back from them or attempt a dispute with my bank! š”
