Just had them cater food for a birthday party. They provided great portions of food. My guest all loved the food and all the salsas. Had a tray of steak and al pastor meat for people to make their own tacos. The rice was amazing, delicious and great consistency. The beans were delicious and chips were also delicious. We were so happy with all the food provided and the service. They helped set up and made sure everything was set and ready for guest to self serve. Overall the quality of the food all tasted great. Taqueria Roly’s restaurant is a place you order your food as soon as you walk in the door. There were others coming in at the same time as I was trying to place my first order. Making my first experience feel rushed. The server was nice but could tell she just wanted to take order and help the next person. The women in the back cooking food were very pleasant and welcoming. Menu items were pictured on the wall. Did not see any menus where you could set down to order from a service provider. My only reason for 4 stars. The place was clean and bright. The food seemed authentic and delicious. We ordered the Taco Quesa-Birria which comes with a sauce. Yum! The image of these tacos which was slightly fried with marinated meat and cheese sticking out the top. Don’t forget to dunk into a deep red consommé sauce. So full of flavor. We also split an order of beans and rice along with chips and salsa. Priced was $38 which seems reasonable compared to other places. There was plenty of sitting and not busy during the mid afternoon. Which surprised me for how great this place is. They may do a lot of take out. The restrooms were clean and available. Go check this place out. So glad we found this gem! We will definitely go back.

Just came across this place yesterday and enjoyed it so much my husband and I had to go back today. The place is very clean and everyone we interacted with was friendly. We both got the quesabirria tacos and really enjoyed them! We will definitely be back. I have been craving good tacos for weeks and I’m so happy we came across this restaurant.

Staff: the staff takes your order right away. The food comes out hot and tastes great.Building: the building is small. Only 7 tables, but both times I’ve been here, there has been seating.
