I came because I had a meal voucher from the hotel. I ordered the small steak and they allowed me to change my sides to sweet potato fries and mac and cheese. I ordered at the bar and the food came in about 10 minutes. The food quality was good and was what I considered to be a medium price point. It's definitely nice to have it next to the hotel especially when I didn't want to drive anywhere in the snow.

The food just isn't as good as it used to be, which is evidenced by the low number of people eating there. We had to ask for lunch menus, which weren't much different from the standard menu - same portions and prices. We were told that they only had those out upon request. We had ordered tea and an appetizer, then saw the 3/12.99 option in the back of said menu - we would have taken advantage of that had we been given those menus up front and told about that special as we ordered said appetizer.

Great location on the river. Not a busy time so we could get a table by the window. Since we were traveling it took more time than we had hoped. Salmon and ribs are our favorites! Couldn't leave without the warm brownie with ice cream dessert.

We ordered the rib dinner with fries. The fries were too salty to eat. Server made no adjustment to bill or replacement of fries. Service was very slow as usual at this location. If expecting good service, don't visit here because you need to find the servers for drink refills, the bill, or any napkins.

Friendly capable waitress. Great meals! I had a salmon dinner that was superb and my wife had ribs that were excellent. We expected decent meals but were pleasantly surprised with the quality.

Went to Friday’s after a concert on a Saturday night for appetizers and drinks. The waitress was clueless. It took them 15 minutes to tell us they had run out of nachos and one other appetizer. Ended up eating soft pretzels, which were excellent, but didn’t get them until 60 minutes from sitting down. The drinks were average. We felt they had essentially given up on caring for their customers at that time of night.

I haven't been here in a long time. I was a little apprehensive as I had not heard a lot about it. But food was wonderful and a good value. Kids loved their mac and cheese. I will definently go back. Amazing service as well.

We had a great experience at a birthday celebration. Great service and great food. Fridays is a bit up and down in service quality. We have had great and terrible service. The food is always good.

I had previously posted a review detailing how I was treated rudely over a check with an extra drink on it. While that is true, its also true that we've eaten here many times and been happy. Shawn, the GM, reached out to me over my complaint, and offered me a free appetizer to compensate me, so thanks, Shawn.

Man has the quality of the food gone down hill. I guess if you drink enough beers, it just doesn't matter. Maybe they could play the music a little more loudly, and my teeth can just chatter to chew my food instead the normal way of chewing. Lousy food is not the employees fault when the corporation sends them garbage can quality food to serve the paying customer. I had not been there in quite a while and was unpleasantly surprised at how much the quality of the food had gone down hill. The assistant manager replaced the entire meal, but it was still bad bad bad.
