Worst customer service ever, girl behind the counter was not pleasant, seemed annoyed by my questions and she was wearing pajama pants and a crop top, the whole restaurant smelled like dirty mop water or mildew…. Definitely will not be returning! Gross!

Tons of options! Yummy sandwiches and wraps.

Staff working on Saturday June 14th was horrible...very cute place however, no ice for fountain drinks and did not even help with menu selections. Food was good. First time here and will not be back

Service was terrible

The food here is very good but I was not impressed with the service. My friend and I went for lunch. The girl at the register informed us they were out of some items which was fine we ordered a sandwich to share with a side salad and pasta salad. It took them 35 minutes to make one sandwich and put together a side salad. The staff had zero sense of urgency and were not welcoming or friendly. Like I said the food is great but I will not be returning for lunch. Only suggestion i have is to improve customer service, communicate with your guests and if there’s going to be a long wait for food let them know so they can decide if they have the time to wait.

I had a cancelation and had less than a week to order a cake for my daughter's birthday, and The Little Brown Box Delicatessen saved the day! Her birthday even fell on Memorial Day this year and they not only got it done for us, they let us come and pick it up on the holiday morning. 10/10 the cake was amazing, everyone loved it, and it looked absolutely beautiful! Thank you!

I cannot recommend The Little Brown Box for their delicious cakes and amazing customer service enough! I reached out on a last-ditch effort to order a dye free cake for my kids’ birthdays (with only one day’s notice and over a holiday weekend) and they absolutely came through! Not only did they provide one cake, but two! Both cakes were beautifully decorated and tasted amazing. I will 100% reach out again with any further cake needs!

Love, love, love this place! My favorite is the shameless BLT. You get it in a little brown box with a side, drink and cookie. It has maple mayo. And the only girl working took my picture for me when I was admiring the decor.

Was looking for a new place to visit and thought I remembered hearing about this place so started reading the 1☆ reviews and my memory was quickly refreshed. Nothing makes me want to visit a place less than owner responses like in the pic posted with this review.

Ordered some soups but they didn’t have the kind I wanted. I was totally okay with it. I ordered a cheesecake cup to be able to have what I like without really chewing (just had dental surgery) BLESS THIS PLACE. I received 3 cheesecake cups. 😭😭 crying because it was so sweet! Can’t wait to go back and to be able to try their food.

I have ordered catering from Little Brown Box a few times for work events, and it’s always a fan favorite!! Customer service is great and the food is always delicious! Highly recommend!

I contacted the Little Brown Box Delicatessen for a few trays for a Christmas get together. The staff worked with me on what was needed, pick up was Christmas Eve and went very smooth. Everything looked and tasted amazing! I appreciated not having to do trays myself and loved how everything looked and tasted. Plus, they packed a cute little treat box for me too. I will definitely be back again!! Thank you!!
