I usually like Village Inn but I ordered a village bowl that was supposed to have two types of sauces on it. They didn’t put either sauce on, and it ruined the whole bowl because it was so dry.

This store has gone downhill so bad. Ordered a club sandwich from there and bread had parts that were green on it. Was told it was probably guacamole or vegetables from the cutting board. Either way you don't serve that you wouldn't eat yourself. I've been a Mgr in the food industry in the past for several years. I would have fired the cook for serving this as it was very easy to see it. I'll never order from here again which is sad since I've gone to this particular store as a child and I'm 45 now. Complete disgrace.

Ordered to go but they offer free pie if ordered on app but can't use gift cards there. Hostess didn't know about this and food was not as ordered. Took 50 minutes and was told 15-20 minutes. Very disappointed. Come on Village inn what happened to you
