This has to be the most inefficient fast food restaurants. They help one car at a time meaning that car orders, they pay, pick up food before next customer is acknowledged. Then they want to be argumentative on top of the 20 minutes you're waiting before you can order

First time ate at Wendy's in years. Chicken sandwich was very good. The best French fries than any other fast food. Only thing did not have Dr Pepper my favorite. Over all the best for me

The manager was very rude and does not have good customer service. We came here an hour before they close and she told us where we could and couldn’t work. She was yelling at her employees about her having to pee (which was said very loudly). A customer was at the counter and she said “are you going to get him? Good because I have to pee”. The bacon also was not cooked how it should be. It was basically raw.

Did not go in today. So this is going off a previous experience. However, I can tell you when we do go here and I visit once a week for the grilled chicken wrap and the new Taki's chicken. It's always good.So far, it's not been a disappointment! And I don't know who made our food today, but whoever the cook was that took that order, it was between 1130 and 12. Well, they definitely need a raise because it's been a while since i've had food that good, especially from wendy's !

Customer service is so hard to find these days... so I was very very impressed when I stopped at Wendy's in Moline for lunch and everyone was so nice and customer attentive. It was a very refreshing change from other eateries. Food was fresh and hot and I was so impressed! Wendy's will definitely be getting all of my business from now on!!! Thank you to all the employees!! It means so much!

I was accosted by a woman in the drive thru. She was rather unpleasant. She spoke to me in an undisciplined fashion, telling me “you can’t park here, I’m on a timer”. I don’t know what that means or why you were upset.
I hope I don’t have to go to this Wendy’s again
