I got the jalapeno pretzel. It was raw inside. They didn't bake it completely. All doughy inside. Very disappointed!☹️

This Wetzels is open or closed randomly for no reason. It's very frustrating. We went today on a Friday middle of the day and they were now on strike due to not being paid in a timely manner. Although the employees stated they were on strike, I didn't see a picket line or anything, just a sign stating they were on strike. Maybe they are striking from home. Even when the workers are there, the availability of the different items is also hit or miss. Usually miss. Off to North Park mall to get some pretzels. Update*** We went to the Davenport location in North Park mall and the employees greeted us with fresh hot pretzels. We told them about Moline being on strike and they said UPS is on strike so they aren't getting their paychecks delivered on time. Not sure if that's the owners fault but hopefully they get it worked out.

I just want to thank the women from yesterday that realized I was having a bad day, wasn't able to get her name but she deserves a raise. Not everyday you receive a employee that has respect for customers and is understanding and is able to help a random soul. and hope I made the womens day behind me as well as you did me. Thanks again and I'd recommend this particular joint
